Check out @tomozou_kantoku’s Tweet:
Pretty excited to see them plugging the Junior Heavyweights DLC still and working with Liger to do it. I'd thought he might take a similar role to Nagata and Hirata in the Victory Road mode.

It's hard to tell by the translation, but it makes it seem that maybe Promoter is being delayed to March 27th to be released with the Jr Heavyweight DLC. Which also makes my mind wander to them fucking it up, so not putting it out as a single release. (Just baseless speculation).

Or they could release them together (maybe in March) and then create a bundle deal for all the players who would have ignored Fire Promoter (no moves and parts). They already know the player base is all about moves and parts for custom edits.

I'd imagine the Jr Heavyweight DLC would be a seperate purchase from Promoter and the original NJPW DLC.
They've not said anything about delays (Yet!), two ways to interpret the translation are: - Both out on the same day e.g. Released next to each other (Fits the roadmap SC posted a while back even if the date for Promoter was changed) - Jr in the next DLC pack to be released after Promoter

Promoter is the only thing I care about anymore for this game, so hopefully it’s not delayed. It probably is though.
Yes I know what it’s like and I’ve seen the YouTube let’s play.
