Interested but I’m going to keep my expectations in check. I’m expecting something simple with little to no depth but I’m more than willing to be proven otherwise :)

The constant delays to DLC has really done a number on the hype for Fire Promoter. A year ago this sort of tweet would have resulted in a several pages thread with the DLC 6 days out. Now it is a shoulder shrug.

All I expect of promoter mode is to give me something else to do on Fire Pro World. Nothing more, nothing less, as long as I can get a few hours entertainment out of it I'm happy.

Gonna ignore certain things in here and just say, yep, cool it's finally coming out.
I'm very much looking forward to it. Would have loved it to have been a year ago instead, but I'll probably still consider doing some SCFL non-canonical runs with it just for lulz. I still play the GBA MotR a bunch and it's a really fun way to make Fire Pro more "playable" beyond just running through matches constantly.

I'm kinda hype for this, tbh. While yeah, I could have spreadsheets with W/L records, sometimes I just want a gamey mode where the goal is to compete with insane AI decisions; unexpected alliances and betrayals; and just trying to make all the money, without the granularity and staring at a glorified MS Access database that is your typical TEW playthrough.

Oh I'm CRAVING some new arenas. Give my my Shin Kiba and Town Hall with folks sitting on the floor.*
*until it is revealed that downloading DLC bugs the game in such a way so that every wrestler gets Danshoku Dinos moveset while the game constantly redownloads Shoichi Ichimiya edits to your game.
