Hmm, they have excursion and scouting regions like they did in GBA. Scouting in the GBA game got you new talent. The thing is what could scouting the regions possibly get you in this game unless they plan on releasing new wrestlers with this DLC. Also they have managing stables and setting ticket prices which is a nice new addition. The one thing I am worried about is that we still are only limited to 5 matches per show unless it's a tournament. I only see 5 matches for that one screen but it's also a local indie so maybe for bigger promotions and shows there's more matches? But there's also an arrow going down so maybe it's not the complete card? The free agent pool is divided into regions. So, assume scouting a specific region will pull from that section. I suppose but seems rather redundant considering that the free agent pools are there so you can just sign a wrestler as opposed to scouting one in order to sign them.

This looks like what I expected, last week I decided to start a fresh on World. I'll be remaking my roster hopefully without a creative meltdown...
But I'll tell you what it'll be worth it just so I can sell some Tommy Bomber merchandise to his legions of fans.

So which edits are used? Like can I assign my NXT roster as being the promotion I wish to manage? Or must I make everyone fresh just for this mode? Curious how it will work, excited to try it out.

I imagine it will this let you use the rosters and different federations that you already have in your game. That's how it was on the GBA. Some Talent will be free agents

I love motw and was super hyped but then my interest totally fell flat with all these delays. These images have me super pumped again. Super eager to play. Motw/fire promoter rocks.

I'm very interested in this as well. More specifically, I wonder if we'll be able to only select specific 'stables' and not entire promotions. This is important because I keep historic rosters in separate stables. For example, I might want to play Promoter with RAW, Smackdown! & NXT from WWE but not with Attitude Era, New WWF Generation and WWF 80's, which are all under the WWE promotion.

Very glad to see Spike's announcement and excited to check out the new mode!
I have two questions which I think may have been answered before but I don't remember if they were finalized.
1) What is the minimum number of edits and/or groups you need to start this mode?
2) Can you update edits that you have chosen for this mode or are they "locked" in the state they were when the mode started (like tournaments and leagues)?

But that's meaningless now. 2) That was one of the reasons stated for the first of 170 delays back on one of the streams. But who knows.

Their early suggestions were like.. 150? That may have changed along the way. At first announcement they WERE going to be locked, but we barked loudly and they went in to fix that. Again, not sure of end results, though.

I’m also keen to know this. It’d be great to have the flexibility to create a young rookie edit and throw him in your promotion to see where his career takes him. You could slowly increase his stats as he gets more experience (or decrease them when he gets injured!) Could also add an extra layer of strategy to think about when booking.
Will the ranks for ability and charisma come into play with this mode? Might mean Spike have to assign ‘official’ Edit point totals for each level?
Regardless I’m excited to try this mode.

Judging from the screenshots, it looks very similar to MOTR.
The scout option seems odd unless they're planning to include additional DLC wrestlers or something.

Mayhaps the free agent pool doesnt give you the option of everyone at once. Maybe. I like the idea of being able to customise the game to the point where you can choose who's locked as default. I hope they also bring back the non-wrestler one night only guys. Can't have Andy Kaufman signing a long term deal!
