Acclaim released an enhanced version of WWF Attitude on Dreamcast after they had already lost the WWE license. WWF Wrestlemania 2000 had already come out a month prior.

The fact they are leaving NJPW doesn't retroactively affect prior deals they were in.

Only time someone was removed, was Big Show and Chris Benoit. Big Show was removed from WWE No Mercy because he was in the dog house. Benoit.. I forget. There's a space time continuum thing. It wasn't much work to take Big Show out. There were no voice overs or anything. He just needed to be deleted in the list, and replaced with other characters in the title stories.

One of the wwe games removed the hurricane (he was still in the road to wrestlemania that year due to time )after they fired him over a backstage incident

That's WWE being a D though.

and Helms still got royalties from anyways (I asked him about it before)
