Been doing more work, focused on specialty teams (as opposed to singles guys who also do a lot of tag teams, like Arn Anderson). Here's how I'm approaching it:
Touchwork set between 50%-100%...with some special cases for certain behaviors (like Ricky Morton set to 10%).
Cooperation mostly at 100% or close to that.
Discretion turned way down (20% or less). With the frequent tags, breathing isn't much of a factor.
Flexibility turned way down (30% or less).
Decided not to mess with Ukemi at this point.
Will try to post a few more test matches over the weekend.
Don't forget to prioritize your tag moves too. This is often overlooked (at least no one ever talks about it). You hit a double team move as the Steiners? Cool. Get the dog pose / muscle flex dual taunt going, and go for a pin.

Hey guys - been keeping at it and starting to settle on some settings. Here's my final Midnight Express vs. Fantastics test match.
Eaton: 100% Touchwork, 100% Cooperation Condrey: 100% Touchwork, 100% Cooperation Rogers: 50% Touchwork, 100% Cooperation Fulton: 75% Touchwork, 100% Cooperation
This is providing quite a few scrums, both inside and outside the ring, throughout the match.
Match ends on a flash pin by Rogers on Eaton, with Fulton intercepting Condrey as he tries to break it up.
24:17, 97% rating in Big Garden. I used my "Main Event" Tag ref.
