A tremendous pair of shows, if I do say so myself. Mega thanks to Firehawk for letting his edits take part, and brainstorming this event for over a year, and for Hana's creation of the best ring textures around. RESULTS Lariats and Legislators #9: Phoenix Rising vs. Senatorial Office - Night 2 Friday, September 20 at 8:00 PM (CT) at the Pavilion Entertainment Center in Washington D.C. The Settlement Urani Whitemist vs. Crusher Honda After Urani Whitemist put Crusher Honda on the shelf for months, following a confrontation in Sakura Pro, this match became one of the hottest potential meetings in wrestling. And the bout itself did not fall short of expectations. Honda and Whitemist went toe to toe, in and out of the ring, the action not letting up for over twenty minutes, with head drops, bear hugs, a stolen Whitemist Bomb and the actual deal all failing to end the proceedings. Finally, a Murder Crush delivered in the dead center of the ring was enough to earn Crusher Honda a victory that will certainly yield some serious rewards down the road. Firehawk Sentarl vs. Senator Steve Phillips Firehawk Sentarl may well be in the best form of his entire career at this point in time. He proved it again, against a formidible Senator Steve Phillips, taking a few of the Senator's best shots, and answering with a fearsome barrage, a cross powerbomb knocking the politican out of the match for good. This sets Sentarl in good standing for his upcoming title challenge against the Black Dragon, with all the momentum he needs to pull it off. The Rematch Kantar vs. King Bemba (with Yetunde Oya) The first time these two met, it was a clear MotY candidate. And this time...the same could be said again. A bruising slugfest with Kantar taking an early lead, seemingly landing every single move in his entire arsenal, and nearly pinning Bemba with a triple powerbomb in the middle of the ring, were it not for the timely interference by the mysterious Yetunde Oya. The two fought in and out of the ring, but it was one of those outside excursions that led to the end, as Bemba hit his Royal Annihilation double powerbomb into a death valley bomb to KO Kantar for the win. While Office medical staff revived Kantar, it amazingly seems that the big man suffered no longstanding injury from the horrifying finish. These two are now even, and a rubber match may be the most anticipated bout to be made in the entire Critical Alliance. The Marshall Family(Lance Marshall and Cassandra Marshall) vs. Cogburn Ranch(Cowboy Johnston and Hailey Comet) Did the Marshall siblings have some frustrations to take out? Are Johnson and Comet distracted by their upcoming wedding plans? In any case, the Marshall Family took the fight to their old friends from the TIPWF, with multiple Cattle Drives being tossed around like candy, and eventually leading to Cowboy's defeat. Blake Dynamite vs. El Froggy Mask How to describe this one? Blake Dynamite beat the living daylights out of El Froggy, that's all. And yet, when the match seemed in the bag for Phoenix Rising's dynamic high flyer, EFM caught him with a surprise rollup, and got an astounding three count. A truly surprising upset victory, considering all that came before. Shiana Sentarl vs. Yuriko Masamune Shiana's return to relevance continued in this bout, with the Phoenix Rising legend surviving a plethora of kicks and submissions from the L-Pro Dojo head trainer, eventually hitting her trademark Sentarl Superkick to take the win. Both women certainly proved here that their age should not lead anyone to underestimate their ability. Preliminary Main Event Todd Colton vs. G.P. Christopher GPC was not going to be an easy opponent, especially in the Preliminary Main Event, but Todd Colton's single minded focus on gaining the submission was undeniable, and while it took twenty minutes to get there, he eventually caught Christopher with a rolling triangle double armbar for the win. Lariats and Legislators #9: Phoenix Rising vs. Senatorial Office - Night One Thursday, September 19 at 8:00 PM (CT) at the Pavilion Entertainment Center in Washington D.C. Showdown Champs vs. Proving Ground Champs Rising Storm(Anahera and Xiu Li Mei) vs. The Limbtakers(Ruthless Nicole Alger and Candace Monroe) On a show jammed full of high quality matches, this one was near the top of the list. The Showdown tag champions, Rising Storm were not going to make this easy, and they pushed the Limbtakers to their absolute limit. But the Limbtakers only seemed to thrive under the pressure, answering move for move and kept their teamwork intact, well enough for Candace Monroe to tap out Xiu Li Mei with a kneebar for the astounding victory. Listalva Anne Heyward vs. Rumika Hashi A match nearly as good as the one that preceeded it, and at an even faster pace to boot, with the overall skillsets of Hashi and Heyward meshing exceptionally well. Both women took their best shot, but it was the astutely titled Impending Doom that sealed Hashi's fate. Kyle Anderson vs. The Everyman Easily one of the best matches of the year. Five Star Kyle Anderson lived up to his nickname, bringing the fight to the Everyman, constantly throwing him around and out of the ring with his suplexes. The Everyman somehow held on through the onslaught, and despite a number of earlier counters, managed to hit the Workman's Compensation running boot to get a well-deserved win. Miss Bauhaus Debut Match Andrea "Fire" Hawke vs. Miss Bauhaus The enigmatic pop star, Miss Bauhaus made her debut in this match, a rare sighting of Andrea Hawke, who was on top of her game, pushing the pace and demonstrating her superior experience. Bauhaus did show remarkable toughness and some ability in prolonging the match, but eventually succumbed to the Anaconda Vice. UCSS Rules Leona Sterling vs. Ong Daengsri A hard fought bout with Sterling showing her skills early on, Daengsri turning the tide of the match by opening a cut with her Muay Thai clinch knees to the head, but in the end, Sterling's expertise on the mat overcame her opponent's Thiago Gracie BJJ training, getting a fourth round submission via guillotine choke. --- Match of the Night *Night One: Kyle Anderson vs. The Everyman *Night Two: King Bemba vs. Kantar -A workman's struggle and a fearsome showdown earn the award, with Anderson and Everyman putting on a showcase and Bemba and Kantar delivering a brutal display of power. Just about all of Night One could have qualified, however. Performer of the Night *Night One: The Limbtakers *Night Two: Crusher Honda -Let it be said if Phoenix Rising talent were eligible, Firehawk Sentarl would have won for Night Two. Even so, we have the Limbtakers winning Night One for their amazing win over Rising Storm, so at the least, Candace Monroe has managed to split the award wtih her Office counterpart. Crusher Honda's victory over Urani Whitemist was a landmark moment and should well be rewarded. --- Injury Report Senator Steve Phillips: Unspecified Neck Injury (Medically Suspended for the remainder of 2019) -Firehawk Sentarl was not playing around against Phillips, and put him down for the count with his trademark cross powerbomb. Phillips already entered the match with recent injuries and will not be wrestling for the rest of they year as a result. --- Following the show, Senator Phillips was speaking with World Wrestling Daily Digest's Kevin "The Internet" Anderson in the medical room. Kevin Anderson: So, Senator Philips, the people are saying this is the best the Office has ever done in a crossover event. Are you pleased? Senator Steve Phillips: Argh, if my neck didn't feel like someone threw me down from eight feet up in the air, right on top of it, repeatedly, perhaps I would be in a better state of mind... Anderson: So, not pleased? Senator: No, no, I am most certainly in a sanguine state of mind, if I just disregard the pain and lack of ability to turn my head more than an inch in either direction. The Office's talent did remarkably well, and I was proud to collaborate with Phoenix Rising on this successful event. Anderson: Some people are posting that Phoenix Rising's wrestlers have been trying to put an end to your career. Senator: And some people state that we have never landed on the moon, that time travelers have been pulling boxers into the distant future and that dinosaurs live in the hollow core of the Earth! No, I bear no enmity towards Firehawk Sentarl, or Layla Al-Amin for that matter. It is merely the reality things that at my age, and my lack of ability to focus on training, competing against the best will not always end up with satisfactory results on my end. All credit to Firehawk, he may well be the best wrestler in the world right now, and my blasted neck aside, it was a pleasure competing with him. Anderson: So, I must ask, what plans do you have... And at that moment, the door swings open, slamming into the wall, as Crusher Honda stomps in. She shoves a protesting Kevin Anderson aside, and sticks a finger in the Senator's face. Crusher Honda: I have shown everyone that I am the best! Now give me Bemba, make me Number One! Give me the Black Dragon! I want all the best so I can run them over with the Murder Train and show the world that I am the one to fear! Senator: This is not the proper... Honda: Not the right answer! Crusher Honda grabs the Senator by the neck with both hands, pulling him off his medical table, and slams him against the wall. Honda: Give me the right answer! Senator: You...really...should not do this...if you want to get what you want. Honda: Answer, now! Before Phillips can respond again, the Capitalists, Anthony Kalb and Kevin Fitsharris, head Office trainer "Textbook" Tim Dwight, Phillips's bodyguard, Rick Humphries and Aoife Daley ran into the room, surrounding the two. Anthony Kalb: Hey, Honda, lay off! Aoife Daley: You big bloated cow, let him go and take a shot at me! Come on! Just try it! Rick Humphries walks over, tapping Honda on the shoulder. Rick Humphries: Look here, kid, you wanna make a deal, you don't hold the boss hostage, got that? Now let's all calm down here, and you go celebrate your win, have some drinks, and we talk again, say, in a week. Make sense to you? Honda looks over at Humphries, and without a word, abruptly drops Phillips, letting him slide down the wall into an awkward seated position. Honda: Fine! The bruiser storms out of the room, as the rest attend to Senator Phillips. But just before she leaves the room, Honda turns around one more time. Honda: But if you don't make me my deal, I will be back! And I will destroy everything! Everything! The Senator is gingerly helped back up to his feet, and Kalb and Daley try to help him over to a chair, but he refuses to the assistance, as he slowly adjusts and sits down with the utmost caution. Having cowered in the back of the room, Kevin Anderson walks over. Anderson: So, after that, are you going to give her the matches she wants? Or will there be repercussions? Senator: Must you really continue bothering me? Anderson: You know the people demand answers. Senator: Very well then, Mr. Humphries made a proper deal, and I will honor it. One week from now, you, the people and Honda will all hear a proper answer. Now remove yourself from my presence before I have you thrown out!

Kantar Kantar's seen backstage, clearly not long after the match with Bemba, shrugging off the medics, though he does have an ice pack resting on the back of his neck. "So here we are... two matches, split right down the damn middle. One on one in the Evergreen ring, you and I kicked the shit out of each other... took each other to our limits. And I finally put you down with a Triple Powerbomb to finish the job. Then... then you got to hunting. You got to thinking. You went looking for help, and found it... Yetunde Oya standing by your side, we square off again here in D.C... and wouldn't you know it..." Kantar slowly straightens up... discards the ice pack, and glares into the camera. "You and I both know I had you dead to rights before Oya stepped in. But I'm not going to make excuses. I work with what I'm given. But make no mistake, I'm not going to leave this one well enough alone. As far as I'm concerned... you got this one, even if it took Oya at ringside to help you along. Sooner or later... before this year is over... you and I need one... more... match.
And I don't care if it's one-on-one, I don't care if you bring Oya again, because I am warning you, Bemba... I won't be outnumbered a second time. When we meet again... and you heard me right, WHEN we meet again... I won't come alone. And I'll make DAMN sure you remember that match for the rest of your life." Firehawk Sentarl "Tell you one thing, that wasn't exactly how I drew it up. Not the way I would've preferred things to wrap up. Here's to hoping Senator's gonna be back on his feet before too long... though, maybe give yourself a bit of time off regardless. I've heard it'll be through the rest of the year, so... yeah, probably a good call even when you don't take into account the injuries and stuff. Hopefully we don't have too many more of those incidents, definitely not what I'm wanting to see too often.
Oh, and towards Redfire... don't you worry, I heard everything out there. I already mentioned that I don't control what Dragon does... but I damn sure intend to become World Champion on Monday. I'd come out to Cairo and see about settling whatever issues you've got in mind... but I've got a lot going on. Still... we'll see if I can find the time before the Grand Ascension... and make no mistake, if and when we find ourselves across the ring from each other, whatever happens, you're gonna learn exactly what I'm capable of."

This Friday, Morgan "Midas" Matthews is proud to present the return of Golden Touch Promotions to the Senatorial Streaming Service, with literally the biggest one on one match ever in wrestling history, a basketbrawl special and premium talent showing their skills! Golden Touch Promotions #2Friday, September 27, Following the broadcast of All Time Boxing in our time frame Main Event: The Biggest Match in History Colossus Rhodes(Santana Family Wrestling) vs. Hyper Earth(The Galastream)Two of the biggest wrestlers of all time face off in a match that could well break a normal ring. Good thing Midas has us covered here with a reinforced arena. The Dominican Golden Champion will be sorely tested against the behemoth of the Galastream, with Hyper Earth descending to DC to present a bout that can only lead to mass destruction. Co-Main Event: Basketbrawl - Bulls vs. Lakers Mr. Moonsault(Wacker Drive Revival) vs. Byron Worthy(Warrior Pro)Two men known as much for their basketball affiliation as for their wrestling skills, Warrior Pro's Byron Worthy looks to take a break from his current tournament to go up against the high flying seven footer from Chicago, Mr. Moonsault, Marcus Xavier. Featured Talent -Skidmark(Wrestle Parade) -"Big Banter" Rory Banner(UCSS) -ONI(OASIS) In addition, Stanford Bradley will be opening up with a 30 minute set from the Funny Factory, but per negotiations, this will not be broadcast on the Senatorial Streaming Service, so this will only be 'enjoyed' by the live audience. Speaking of Stanford Bradley... Nobody asked for this.... But they're getting it.
Stanford Bradley: That's right, like the McRib, Wendy's Spicy Nuggets, pumpkin spice and rampant indigestion, Stanford's Funny Factory is back, and back in a big way.
Stanford: First off, let me just mention something that's been bugging the total hell out of me. This whole idea about people making money off of dead people. You see it everywhere, but more than anywhere else, in pro wrestling. I mean, really, do they come out with a new Andre the Giant movie every year now? And the video games, they have more dead guys on the roster than current wrestlers. Now, of course, compared to Stanford Bradley, most current rosters are a sack of shit, but you're really hammering the point home when you keep putting the dead guys on the roster, and making people pay more for them! And then I got to thinking really, really hard on this, and I realized something amazing. Nobody wants to pay for the current bogus bullshit! They want the old stuff that actually gave them good memories! Or maybe they're just able to charge more for a good pair of nostalgia glasses...
Stanford: Anyway, enough about that, I just had to get that off my chest. No, you want to know why the Funny Factory's back? Of course you do, that's why you showed up here. So yeah, it was late last week, someone comped me a ticket to Senator Asshole Phillips's big show against Hockey Hair Firehawk's peeps. Fuck no, I wasn't paying for that!
Stanford: But as I was saying, I was sitting there, about bored to tears, when this total headcase starts running his mouth in the seat next to me. And look, Uncle Stanford doesn't lie to you, I know I'm not exactly quiet, myself. But this ass clown next to me, look, he was so obnoxious he pissed me off! Me! So I look over at that seat, and you know what? He was a total manlet. Like five foot nothing, and that's being generous. So maybe, just maybe, I said something. More than a little something, if you know what I mean. So Mr. Manlet looks over at me, and he has the absolute nerve to call me out! Says he's a big shot, he'll kick my ass, break my back and make me humble. And I tell Mr. Manlet, Stanford Bradley ain't about that shit, ok!
Stanford: So this guy just laughs in my face, and not the good kind of laugh I get from my adoring, loving, dedicated audience, but the sort of laugh that some mugger gives you right before he swipes your purse...not that I carry a purse, of course. But that was the kind of laugh he gave me. And you know, I look all around, there's people here, people there, security guards, and I still, I shit you not, I still had chills run up and down my spine as this little runt man laughed his laugh at me.
Stanford: And right about then, was when Hockey Hair dropped Senator Asshole Phillips on his fragile old man neck, and the two of us both laughed a real laugh, and I realized, this guy's not so bad after all! And then I bought him a beer and he told me he thought I was an absolute joke! And everything was great! Because I realized, this guy just plain gets it. He really gets it. And then I find out, this guy isn't some random short ass slob, this guy is none other than Osiris Redfire, the main man for OASIS, Egypt's biggest women's wrestling company! And the only one, but hey, Stanford don't sweat the small stuff. So yeah, the next time you're back in DC, Osiris, just ring up ol' Stanford, and we can party on, and laugh our heads off again at the time we saw an old piece of trash politician get what he deserved!

RESULTS Golden Touch Promotions #2 Friday, September 27, at the Hippodrome at the Beltway Full Contact Martial Arts Center in Washington D.C. following the broadcast of All Time Boxing in our time frame Main Event: The Biggest Match in History Colossus Rhodes(Santana Family Wrestling) vs. Hyper Earth(The Galastream) The unnatural size of the two men involved in the main event was something else to behold. Colossus Rhodes, for the first time in his career, was outsized by his foe. But also for the first time, he seemed the faster, more agile man in the ring, despite losing his breath at times, Rhodes had clear control of the bout, and defeated Hyper Earth with a hard lariat. In any case, credit should be given to Hyper Earth for managing to nullify much of Rhodes's offence, and forcing him to revert to a striking based gameplan, which is typically far outside of his wheelhouse. Co-Main Event: Basketbrawl - Bulls vs. Lakers Mr. Moonsault(Wacker Drive Revival) vs. Byron Worthy(Warrior Pro) A remarkably good match considering it only ran about ten minutes. But for those ten minutes, Marcus Xavier dropped his trademark Moonsaults and Worthy threw his head dropping suplexes. But in the end, Worthy was able to hit an astounding Phoenixplex suplex to take an upset victory. Skidmark(Wrestle Parade) vs. Robbie Roberts Skidmark came into this bout with solid fan support and did not disappoint, finishing with a crossbody off the top rope that led to a sky high bomb finish. "Big Banter" Rory Banner(UCSS) vs. Neil Rory Banner, with all his talk, took over three times as long as ONI to dispatched his outmatched foe, but never seemed out of control, landing a barrage of knee strikes. Neil proved surprisingly tough here, but the Banner Effect rolling stranglehold was too much for him. ONI(OASIS) vs. Betty Black Trunks Want to know what an absolute slaughter looks like? Well, look no further than this bout, where ONI rampaged on, drew blood and unleashed fury and closed out in exactly five minutes. A fearsome showing to say the least. --- Extra note: Red Masterson of the Jackson Hole Outlaws and Astrid Johannson of the D-Team were both at the Hippodrome, looking to appear at ringside for their respective teams in the co-main event, but word has it they both were ejected from the arena for engaging in a concusssive verbal altercation shortly before match time. A later posting on social media confirmed the report: SwedeLingerieFootball01: It is true! Red is a meathead, said things I will not repeat here! We got kicked out, not the last time we have words, maybe fists next time! \ SwedeLingerieFootball01: D-Team is not happy with match or Masterson, we want another fight! \ SwedeLingerieFootball01: Don't care where, so long as we shut their filthy mouths!

Salvador Sosa met with Felix Santana Sr. in a recent livestream of the immensely popular Rudo Dispatch, with relevant parts transcripted below. (Everything in <brackets> is translated from Spanish) El Hijo de Macchiato: <AAATTTTTEEEEEENNNNNTITOOOOOON RUDO SOLDIERS!> Salvador Sosa: <Welcome aboard, fellow Rudos, we are live here once again in Santo Domingo to deliver you your double top secret essential...nah, we're just here to shoot the bull with your usual comrades here, including our faithful drill sergeant and alarm clock, Macchiato.> Macchiato: <HOOOOLA!!> Sosa: Killer King Jones... Killer King Jones: <Relaxing and roasted here in the hot Dom Rep.> Sosa: <Who can't speak Spanish to save his life, but he's cool anyway, and the Canadians, CanGrizz and Megan the Strike Master Chabot.> Canadian Grizzly: <It isn't Canada, but it's home, too! Just not as much a home as Canada!> Megan Chabot: <What Grizzly said!> Sosa: <So yeah we're all here with El Jefe himself, the big boss, the man behind the plan, the second generational icon of The Family, that's right, we're here with Felix Santana Senior. And he's talking to us. Funny how long it took to get to this point.> Felix Santana Sr.: <You never did yourself any favors in the past. And I still don't trust you, or any Rudo of any flavor. Sosa: <Hah, we're not making nice here, are we?> Felix Senior: <I'm here because I want to get the word out and pass a message along. We're doing a big title match this Friday, and I'm tired of Colossus Rhodes holding my organization's title. I never signed him, he was just sent here by that corporate imperialist, Midas Matthews. And then he wrecks my top stars, makes my son look impotent...> Sosa: <Appreciate being considered a star, but wouldn't Felice and III make Junior look less impotent? Just saying...> Felix Senior: <Hush! I'm only saying this once! And what I'm here to say is that you are in the Championship Gauntlet. You, my granddaughter, Felice, El Froggy Mask, that backstabbing bastard, El Experto, my nephew, Diego, and yes, myself. All those, and one more, whom you will pick. You see, I need a favor. I need someone to start out in this match to weaken the giant, someone who isn't going to quake in their boots, or foolishly get themselves destroyed. I need...> Killer King Jones: You need an old school badass from Philly to step up and do what he almost did before, right? Sosa: <Sounds like the right choice to me. What about you, solders?> Grizzly: <That is perfectly Canadian, er, acceptable!> Megan: <What Grizzly said!> Macchiato: <...> Sosa: Macchiato? Macchiato: <I want to take my shot! And make Colossus WAAAAAAKE UP!> Sosa: Aw man, we got a problem here? Macchiato: <NO PROBLEM, SIR!> Sosa: Hey, El Jefe, mind giving Macchiato a cool match? He's a good player, and deserves to be in the game, if you know what I mean.> Felix Senior: <So Jones will step up, good. El Hijo del Macchiato, you'll get a shot at Rudo EX, against Experto's right hand man, Itzcoatl Hernandez, if that's acceptable.> Macchiato: <SIR, YES, SIR!> Sosa: Then we're all cool. Just know this, Killer King, El Jefe, I'm playing this one for keeps. And if either of you aren't, just know that I'll be taking you on the Road to Salvation. Because this has been a long time coming. From all that time the Santana Family froze me out, to the time I spent on the shelf thanks to that oversized monster, I have a lot of time to make up for. And it's due time I get what I've had coming. But it's no hard feelings if you come at me, let's just beat Rhodes and get that belt back in circulation.> Felix Senior: <A more reasonable meeting than I thought this would be, really.> --- Santana Touring Festival - October '19Friday, October 4th at 8:00 PM (CT) at the Auditorio de Pedro Santana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Main Event: Dominican Golden Championship Gauntlet Royale Colossus Rhodes(C) vs. Killer King Jones vs. Felice Santana vs. El Froggy Mask vs. El Experto vs. Salvador Sosa vs. Diego Santana vs. Felix Santana Sr.Arguably the biggest match in Santana Family history, with the interloper, Colossus Rhodes being forced to test himself against seven of Santana Family Wrestling's best competitors in a timed gauntlet match, title on the line. No Quarters Asked El Hijo del Macchiato vs. Itzcoatl HernandezRudo Army vs. Rudo EX once again, with the Aztec Executioner taking on the Rudo Army's Alarm Clock Drill Sergeant. Macchiato's power will be put up against the Lucha Extrema style of Hernandez. Senora Conquistadora vs. Princesa TorbellinaAllegedly, Conquistadora has been jealous of the younger Torbellina's success in Egypt's OASIS promotion as of late. As such, she'll look to take out her frustration and score a win for Rudo EX in this one. Felix Santana III and Margarita Morales vs. Very Canadian(Canadian Grizzly and Megan Chabot)The Home Team and the Rudo army go head to head here with Very Canadian taking on a technically honed team of Felix III and the Sultry Assassin, Margarita Morales. Felix Santana Jr. vs. MoonmanTalk about your loaded openers! Felix Junior's star power is as bright as ever, with multiple appearances around the world, and the Moonman will certainly give him an unorthodox challenge in what promises to be an entertaining way to start the night out.[/b]

A quick reminder that Santana Family Wrestling airs tonight at 8:00 PM CT at www.twitch.tv/senatorphillips--- Felice Santana recently appeared on Digital Dave Doolittle's venerable Ring Beholder podcast with some comments about tonight's show, Proving Ground and her evolving career. Digital Dave Doolittle: As you put it, your family's been very supportive, but you think you're ready to step into the spotlight on your own terms. Felice Santana: Yeah, it's like, real nice how my dad, my grandfather, my great uncle and everyone have helped me along, but I want to take the next step and that means I'm not the little girl anymore, I've grown up a lot in this last year, and I want to write, like, my own chapter in the Santana story, I've been trying to look a little more like a real star, not just the little girl who tries hard, you know? Digital Dave: You're taking on a big chance tonight going into the battle royale for the Dominican Golden Championship. You saw what Colossus Rhodes did to Hyper Earth at Golden Touch #2. Felice: Um, actually, I didn't. Digital Dave: Then you certainly saw what he did to Salvador Sosa. Felice: Yeah, uh, that was really, really bad. I felt sorry for Salvador, he's a nice guy and we all visited him in the hospital a lot, but I'm glad he's better, but that doesn't mean I want him to win! But yeah, you know, Colossus is really scary, but I can't be afraid of him tonight, because if I can beat him, I can be the champion, or at least I can make him not be the champion anymore, and that's just as good as being the champion, because it's, like, what the family and what Santana Family Wrestling really needs! Digital Dave: I heard you had to argue your way into this match. Felice: Yeah, um, Grandaddy didn't want me in it, he wanted my brother, but I told him that he was going to book me, or I was going to go put sexy pictures of me on the internet or do drugs or rob a bank or join Rudo EX and he told me that he'd give me the chance, but he's also in the match too now, but that just means that he's going to be my scariest test of all, because I'm more scared of letting my family down than I am of getting powerbombed on my head! Digital Dave: On another note, you've been impressing fans on Phoenix Rising's Proving Ground show as of late. Despite a recent loss to Titania, a lot of people are saying you have a bright future there. Felice: I love Proving Ground, it's like, you know, my home away from the Dominican, and they take great care of me over there, Titania is really tough, I beat her once, she beat me once, and both times, we, like, won because we made the match our way, but I want one more time, and this time, maybe she does her thing, but I'll do my thing, and we'll see who's really the best! --- Later on the podcast, none other than Morgan "Midas" Matthews called in briefly, and while he didn't allow for an actual interview, his statement certainly changes the complexion of the title match for tonight. Morgan "Midas" Matthews: I'll make this quick, because I have an appointment set in less than half a hour from now. As it is, Colossus Rhodes is defending his Dominican title tonight. The Santana Family has repeatedly spoken of how much they hate seeing him with what they think is their belt. I, too, am tired of him holding onto such a trinket. As such, if, no, when Rhodes wins tonight, what we will do, is we will dismantle the Dominican Golden Championship. We will remove the golden plates from the leather, and we will melt them down. And we will paint the ringposts on my Golden Touch ring with the gold he will have claimed. And that will solve everyone's problem.

RESULTS Santana Touring Festival - October '19 Friday, October 4th at 8:00 PM (CT) at the Auditorio de Pedro Santana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Main Event: Dominican Golden Championship Gauntlet Royale Colossus Rhodes(C) vs. Killer King Jones vs. Felice Santana vs. El Froggy Mask vs. El Experto vs. Salvador Sosa vs. Diego Santana vs. Felix Santana Sr. An utter epic. To give a quick recap: Killer King Jones took the fight to Colossus Rhodes from the bell, but was eliminated by a Santana Sky from Felice Santana. El Froggy Mask pinned Felice after The Hop, his missile dropkick. A rana bomb from El Experto put EFM down for three. Experto himself would end up destroyed by Rhodes's Conquering Crush Ganso Bomb(and more on that, later). Felix Santana Senior did exceptionally well for himself, but Salvador Sosa rolled him up for an elimination. Diego Santana himself was taken out by a headscissors choke, leaving Salvador Sosa in the ring, one on one, with the man who nearly ended his career. Sosa and Rhodes went back and forth, but it was the Rudo Army Commander who came out as the sole survivor, thanks to a simple, but undeniably effective bow and arrow hold that torqued the giant's spine into submission. No Quarters Asked El Hijo del Macchiato vs. Itzcoatl Hernandez Those who expected blood and guts or a competitive match ended unfulfilled. Those who wanted to wake up and smell the coffee were fully satisfied, however, as Macchiato handled his fearsome foe, finishing him with a springboard back elbow drop. Senora Conquistadora vs. Princesa Torbellina One of the better matches of the night, with the two masked luchadoras going hold for hold, the ropes persistently thwarting Conquistadora's pinfall techniques, but it was a flying cross armbar that would finally gain a hard fought win for Torbellina. Felix Santana III and Margarita Morales vs. Very Canadian(Canadian Grizzly and Megan Chabot) A solid matchup, pitting the superior matwork of Morales and Felix III against the experienced teamwork of the Canadians. Eventually, Canadian Grizzly tapped Morales out with an especially harsh application of the Dungeon Sharpshooter. Felix Santana Jr. vs. Moonman A superb matchup to open the show with the man from the moon keeping up with El Primero through much of the match, hitting the Moon Crater Driver and to his own detriment, taunting more frequently than usual. Eventually, the taunts took their toll, and Felix spiked him with the Preba de Grandeza, the Proof of Greatness, also known as the Dominican Destroyer. --- Match of the Night: Conquistadora vs. Torbellina -Some solid competition for this spot, but the main event was more of a spectacle and the tag match lacked the close calls. Both women properly demonstrated their skills and heart in this one. Performer of the Night: Salvador Sosa -Need I explain this? --- Injury Report Margarita Morales: Strained Back Muscle (Two Month Medical Suspension) -Canadian Grizzly's Dungeon Sharpshooter finished Morales, and left her sprawled on the mat. It turned out that she suffered a severely pulled back and will be missing time from both pro wrestling and her fashion modeling to recover. El Experto: Cervical Fracture (Four Month Minimum Medical Suspension) -Colossus Rhodes did not trust his "Leader," and Ganso Bombed him on his head without mercy. The veteran luchador suffered a fractured neck from the impact, and will be sidelined for at least four months. --- Following the show, El Experto spoke to a reporter, leaving this message: El Experto:(In Spanish) <I have had a long enough career, but my time in the ring is now concluded. I will continue to lead Rudo EX, but I will no longer be a field general for the mission. We will still destroy the Santanas just as they manipulated Colossus Rhodes into destroying my career! But now, Rudo EX will regroup, and we shall return! Until then, we will do what we must to carry on! I, El Experto, again, announce my retirement from the ring!> --- A special Rudo Dispatch was broadcast from the backstage at the Auditorio de Pedro Santana: Salvador Sosa: <Tonight is the night to celebrate! But we here in the Rudo Army believe that our wins weren't just our wins. They were the people's win, too. And that's why we're here tonight with a special edition Rudo Dispatch. Usually, when someone wins a big belt, has the night of their career, they get interviewed by some professional, and it's all cool. But we're not just satisfied with "cool." Way I see it, the people here deserve to ask the questions more than any talking head. So, ask away, Rudo Army.> El Hijo de Macchiato: <AAAAAAAAH YEAAAAAAH! WE WOKE UP AND SMEEEEELED THE COOOOOOFEEEEE!> Sosa: <Question, Macchiato?> Macchiato: <HOW HYPED ARE YOU?!?!?> Sosa: <Plenty! Next question.> Canadian Grizzly: <Canada salutes you! You are the winner! Are you done fighting Santanas now?> Sosa: <Hah, not even the Santanas are done fighting each other. But seriously, we don't have any beef with the Santana family anymore. El Jefe gave me a shot, fair and square. Maybe he didn't in the past for whatever reason, but damnit, he and his family did right by me when Rhodes put me on the shelf. They did right by me when I came back. They're not perfect, but we got mutual respect. None of us wanted this belt and its thirty plus year history getting melted down to decorate Midas's stupid ring. But in the end, you guys are my people and I fight for you, and we fight for each other. Even if the Santanas are alright, we Rudos stick together. Make sense?> Megan Chabot: <Plenty of sense!> Killer King Jones <Do you have your correct recovery? with Rhodes?> Sosa: <Come again? Sheesh, I mean, bad enough you got put down by the little Santana girl, and come to think of it, you're the only one of us who didn't do great tonight.> Jones: Aw man, I was askin' if you had your revenge on Rhodes. Sosa: <Now that, I understand. And in all seriousness, you won too, tonight, my main man. I couldn't have beaten the Colossus if you didn't start in on him. All respect in the world for that, nobody sane wants the first spot agianst him. But as it is, yeah, I got my revenge. I got my belt, I sent him packing back to Midas. I got what I wanted, and I kept him from getting what he wanted.> Megan: <One more! What's next?> Sosa: <Simple question, simple answer. I owe you guys a ton. And Macchiato, you wanted in that match bad, but I kept you out. Instead, you beat Itzcoatl's Aztec ass. So you know what, you want the first shot, you got it. Elsewise, I'll let El Jefe pick.> Macchiato: <I'LL TAKE IT! YOU AND ME, ONE ON ONE! TIME TO WAKE THE WORLD!> Sosa: <Until then, let's enjoy this, nice and good. Commander Sosa here, your Dominican Golden Champion, signing off!>

Universal Combat Shoot Style is back, and so is Thiago Gracie for this Friday with some hybrid style goodness, including a dream tag match and several bouts that could --- UCSS: Wong vs. Gracie IIIFriday, October 11 at 8:00 PM (CT) at the Hippodrome at the Beltway Full Contact Martial Arts Center in Washington DC Main Event: UCSS Openweight Title Bout Gang Wong(C) vs. Thiago GracieThe return of Thiago Gracie has been a long time coming, but the famed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt is finally back, and ready to face Gang Wong for a chance to regain the UCSS Openweight title that Wong defeated him for earlier in the year. UCSS Openweight Title #1 Contender Bout The winner of Camacho vs. Francis vs. The winner of Bergeron vs. TurnerThe two title eliminators earlier in the evening will determine who faces off for a #1 Contender's spot in the co-main event. Standard Tag Rules - OASIS vs. Proving Ground The Limbtakers(Candace Monroe(Phoenix Rising) and Ruthless Nicole Alger) vs. LSA(Carolina Anole(OASIS) and La Axolotl(TIPWF))A dream match of a sort, pitting the fast paced duo from OASIS in Anole and Axolotl against the Proving Ground tag champions. Axolotl's background in Thiago Gracie BJJ makes this an especially intriguing match to the UCSS crowd. Count Savage vs. Dangerous Nicholas AlgerThe UCSS Commissioner may have overstepped his bounds in this one, calling Savage out after the self-proclaimed "Master of the Secret Arts" claimed he made all current MMA skills irrelevant on social media, and then booked himself in a match against Savage. UCSS Title Eliminator Andronicus Turner vs. Mackenzie BergeronA match presenting a major league stylistic clash, there will almost certainly be one of two outcomes: the match remains standing and Turner scores a KO, or the match is predominantly mat-bound and Bergeron takes a leg home. Either way, the winner will undeniably be placed on the path towards contention, facing the winner of Francis vs. Camacho in the penultimate match of the night. UCSS Title Eliminator Francine Francis vs. Anaba CamachoThe Flatfoot and the Thunderbird typically train and team together, but this time, the two will face off, with the winner potentially putting herself in consideration for the next shot at the Openweight title, facing the winner of Turner vs. Bergeron later in the night. Francis's power submission game and Camacho's suplex-heavy wrestling style should make for an exciting grappling bout. --- A press conference and weight-in with Gracie and Wong was held earlier in the day, with some highlights posted below: Dangerous Nicholas Alger: Alright, you two. Any words? Gang Wong: Yes. I would first thank UCSS for again giving me a chance. UCSS let me show my results of my skills and training when nobody else takes that chance. And UCSS gives me the chance to be champion, a chance I grasp with vigor! I do not forget where I was from. The Shaolin trained me. But I am proudly from my home of Hong Kong, a place that is in danger of losing its special status. Hong Kong made me a star in the movies, gave me the freedom for pursuing life. I stand for my people, and I speak for each and every person who risks life in protesting on the streets for their freedom. Thank you again, UCSS, Mr. Alger for letting me speak these words without punishment. Thiago Gracie: Is good words. DNA: Can't disagree there. UCSS ain't bendin' the knee to any foreign dictator states, so you're in the clear, man! Wong: Thank you. But now I speak of my fight for tomorrow. And I speak of the man who has taken the long path back. I beat you at your own game, Thiago Gracie. That must have been hard to endure. But you are back here. Which tells me you are both stubborn and brave. You know the last time I make you tap on the mat. Something you did not believe I could do. Maybe I do it again this time! Thiago: It is long road back. You're no wrong there. I almost leave the fight for good. Just train Jiu-Jitsu for people, no more fight in ring anymore. But I have people speak for me. Like Ruthless Nicole who tell me to fight again. Her crazy father tell me he want Thiago fight again, too. Senator Phillips call me, tell me he support me. Many people support me. For them, I return. For them, I fight. You right, Thiago lose in bad way before. But that is no now. Now, Thiago is back. You very good. But Thiago better now. DNA: Alright then, any last words, champ? Wong: Tomorrow, I fight for my people, I beat Thiago again. DNA: Thiago? Thiago: Victory by armbar. Alger motions to the two, who take a fighting stance in front of the podium and hold it for the cameras for a few seconds, before shaking hands and exchanging a few more words and a mutual nod before departing peacefully.

RESULTS UCSS: Wong vs. Gracie III Friday, October 11 at 8:00 PM (CT) at the Hippodrome at the Beltway Full Contact Martial Arts Center in Washington DC Main Event: UCSS Openweight Title Bout Gang Wong(C) vs. Thiago Gracie Thiago Gracie was on an absolute mission in his UCSS return, and looked entirely dominant, surprisingly taking the fight to Gang Wong on his feet, effecively landing strikes and suplexes before closing out in the third round with his trademark jujigatame submission to become the first ever two time UCSS Openweight champion. UCSS Openweight Title #1 Contender Bout Francine Francis vs. Mackenzie Bergeron Francis and Bergeron both earned their way to this match and neither was willing to go out easily. Bergeron, hardly tested by his bout with Andronicus Turner, demonstrated his toughness this time, enduring an early onslaught from Francis, but despite a late rally, Bergeron found himself caught in Francine Francis's quick application rear naked choke, The Lockdown, tapping out and giving Francis the chance for a title opportunity. Standard Tag Rules - OASIS vs. Proving Ground The Limbtakers(Candace Monroe(Phoenix Rising) and Ruthless Nicole Alger) vs. LSA(Carolina Anole(OASIS) and La Axolotl(TIPWF)) LSA were able to keep pace with the Limbtakers in this cross promotional challenge, but the superior experience and focus of the Proving Ground tag champs showed, as Candace Monroe pinned Carolina Anole following a cradle piledriver. Count Savage vs. Dangerous Nicholas Alger Dangerous Nicholas Alger debuted new attire and a renewed focus in his mission to prove the efficacy of the hybrid MMA style he's spent the last several decades training. Alger both outgrappled and outstruck his foe, and despite taking a number of groin strikes, DNA put Savage down wtih a Dangerous Kick in the third round. UCSS Title Eliminator Tournament Andronicus Turner vs. Mackenzie Bergeron A leglock took Andronicus Turner out of the match almost from the start, obviously injuring the leg of the Big Banter Brand member. While Turner valiantly tried to stay in the match, Mackenzie Bergeron continued to work the leg, and eventually, after a strike exchange, Turner's leg would no longer support his weight. UCSS Title Eliminator Tournament Francine Francis vs. Anaba Camacho The first match of the night ended up being one of the best, as Camacho and Francis took all the knowledge of their mutual sparring sessions and used it to fuel an intense yet tactical bout, with Camacho's suplexes seemingly giving her the edge until Francis planted her dead center with the Bosswoman Slam --- Match of the Night: Francine Francis vs. Anaba Camacho -A great back and forth match that delivered everything one would have wanted from the meeting between two superb grapplers. Performer of the Night: Thiago Gracie -Looking unbeatable both on his feet and on the ground, Thiago Gracie regained his UCSS Openweight title from Gang Wong and did so in such a way that it will be hard to imagine anyone being able to take it away again anytime soon. --- Injury Report Andronicus Turner: Pulled Hamstring (Two Month Medical Suspension) -Turner injured his leg early in his bout against Mackenzie Bergeron, thanks to a leglock, and despite trying to fight on, simply couldn't do so. Turner thankfully only suffered a severely pulled hamstring, and while the Office medical staff strongly recommended that Turner avoid competition, he should recover relatively fast. --- Post show presser highlights: Thiago Gracie: Is good, all is good. Victory by armbar, just as Thiago say. Thiago Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu prove good again. Thank you, DNA, thank you, RNA, for help Thiago back to where he need be. And thank you, Gang Wong for give Thiago fight again. We fight again, is no problem. Gang Wong: I'm very unhappy with my fight. Very disappointed in myself. But I will not go away like Thiago did before. I will stay here, and I will keep fighting until I get back the belt. Francine Francis: This is something I always knew I wanted, from the day I left the police and signed up to train with the Dangerous One over there. But honestly, the last few years, it felt like I wasn't going anywhere, like my career stalled out. But just like pursuing a promotion on the force, I knew that if I just kept at it, my hard work would yield benefits. And now I'm here and ready to take on Thiago Gracie. We saw how good he is, he's one of the best around. But we also saw how good I am, too. I'm not going to be arrogant, but I think I have a good chance going forward. Dangerous Nicholas Alger: Damn, this was a good night, wasn't it? Hated seeing Turner's leg go out. Otherwise, that was good. I showed Count Savage not to cross the boss. My wonderful daughter and her best friend are the best team in the world. I'm super proud of Francine for making the best of her chances. And my old buddy, my old pal Thiago once again gets a, come on, everyone say it with me, "Victory By Armbar." Life is good when you're winning, ain't it? Rory Banner: Before you all crack open the celebratory aluminium cans of cheap American swill and act like the utter knobheaded imbeciles that you all are, let me state first that Andronicus Turner will return, and will return sooner than you will ever expect. And also allow me to add that Mr. Turner, as great as he is, will soon be just one member of the Big Banter Brand. For I have found an unparalleled talent during my travels across Europe, and when the onerous paperwork is finally filled out, I promise that the UCSS Openweight title will soon belong to the Turkish-German phenom, Sanem Becker! Do not doubt me, unless you enjoy being proven wrong!

The TIPWF returns to broadcast action with two championship bouts, a #1 contender's bout, some notable guests and some, well, interesting matchups. TIPWF: Showdown in OctoberFriday, October 18 at 8:00 PM(CT) at the Stockade in Amarillo, TX Main Event: TIPWF Lone Star Championship Bout Lil' Lariato(C) vs. Cowboy JohnstonThe two good friends and allies also happen to be the top two rivals in the company, and thanks to Johnston winning the Shoot for the Shot match back in July, he set himself up for a chance to again retake the Lone Star title. While Lariato failed at a recent chance to add the Warrior Pro title from Doc Wyatt, he still looked in top form and will present a true challenge to the former champ. TIPWF Old Guard Championship Bout Wataru Nakajima(ZIP Japan)(C) vs. Newfie George(ZIP Japan)A pair of ZIP Japan warriors will face off in the TIPWF to determine the future of the Old Guard Championship. Nakajima has held the title for the better part of its existence, and does not look to relinquish anytime soon, while George earned his shot by defeating Duke Cogburn in a one sided tustle. Cassandra Marshall(Phoenix Rising) vs. Hailey CometTwo of the most prominent ladies in their respective feds square off here, and Comet will do well to fight carefully, if she wants to make it intact to her wedding next month to Cowboy Johnston. TIPWF Lone Star Championship #1 Contenders Bout The Everyman vs. Roland Chang IIIA challenge between two TIPWF stars who have raised their stock outside the group. The Everyman has quickly become a fan favorite in ARW with his tough, hard working ways, while Roland Chang III finally tapped into his considerable potential in the G2 Tournament in Warrior Pro. The Neon Knights(Supernaut and Holy Diver) and the Mystery Warriors of Redneck-Fu(Misterio Guerrero and Jimmy Jack Walker) vs. The EWO(Vice Versa and Martina Martinez) and the High Plains Drifters(Johnny Sixname and Walt Callahan)Don't even ask about these combinations. It's best not to think too hard here... Rodeo Angel vs. Gunny Lee HartWhile nobody disputes the ol' Gunny's ability to get the most out of people in his training sessions, few will argue that he has any sense of decorum in making his points. It was said that Hart recently opened fire on Rodeo Angel in a recent visit to the gym, leading to the luchadora challenging him to a bout, which he readily accepted.
