I'm looking forward to this mode and wanting a reason to get back into the game but wonding if anyone knows if it's coming out this week on the psn store and also would I have to pay for it if iv already brought the deluxe version? Thanks in advance to anyone that answers

Yes, it's coming out this week and if you have the Deluxe edition of the game you don't have to pay for it again.
