I'm making some ultra-obscure 90s FMW guys, and Stats have always been my weakness when it comes to making edits in Fire Pro. So I was wondering if anybody could help me out.
What do you think the Stats should be for these 5 wrestlers? (Parameters are already taken care of.)
Choden Senshi Battle Ranger Z Flying Kid Ichihara Katsutoshi Niiyama Masaru Toi aka Katsunari Toi Masayoshi Motegi

There is no real answer to these types of questions. Give them higher stats in the types of moves that progress their matches, and less in moves that don't, or that they spam too often.
If someone uses kicks all the time, give them a low kick stat to balance it out. If they perform very few kicks and they use that move to progress the match, give kicks a higher stat. Signatures and finishers will get a bump in damage output too, so don't worry about that as much.
So look at their moves, and how often they use them, and balance it out to for the performances you want them to give.

That's just kind of obvious.

I've actually made Motegi and Niiyama and was planning to make Toi aswell. As far as stats go, well it depends on what you want them to do. If you want them to play well with the other edits you are using you will need to make some test sims and then adjust. You may also look at canon Fire Pro wrestlers for inspiration. The general rule for indy wrestlers is that their point total shouldn't be higher than around 160, and with these low carders I'd say it should be around 100. For Motegi I went 130 point total because while he would never defeat the Ligers and Samurais of the world he did carve himself a decent little standing in his own promotion and would have 20 minute-ish singles matches at times.
