These wrestlers need you to add theme music, unless the Young Lion's theme is really the one they use. Everyone else has a theme, though some almost sound fake. Yano uses the in-game one? And others you might want a different mix. They edited some odd, like no coin sound in Okada, ect.
No Theme Music in-game: Tomoyuki Oka
Hirai Kawato
Katsuya Kitamura
Satoshi Kojima
Hirooki Goto
Zack Sabre Jr.
Katsuyori Shibata
Juice Robinson
Super Strong Machine Minoru Suzuki
Taichi
TAKA Michinoku
Ryusuke Taguchi
Tama Tonga
Tanga Roa
Hiroyoshi Tenzan
Tetsuya Naito
Yuji Nagata
Manabu Nakanishi
Bad Luck Fale
Michael Elgin
Togi Makabe

So what should Spike Chunsoft do? I'm asking seriously. Just turn it off. If they're worried about potential modding mishaps allowing things to be obtained without buying....... They're probably too late, let's be honest.

if they remove the DRM. And you have the DLC but I do not. Then you create an exact replica of Hiromu Takahashi and upload it to the workshop. I can then download it an use it, with his new edit parts and everything, without paying for anything, and it would have nothing to do with mods. The Takayama DLC had a previous thing that disallowed you from using an Edit of mine if it had his Spirit Punch Rush. That's fine, you dont own the DLC. The problem that everyone is having now is that if I put a DLC on my Edit, then go Offline, I cant use my own Edit despite owning the DLC.

Side note: I hate how it defaults to 1P vs CP when you boot World and go make a match I also hate how when you go to create a new edit -> load model, it takes you to the organizations screen (rather than one list of everyone), this way people who are in 'retired' are not visible. That way, if you want to edit a workshop edit (something I always do), you need to move the edit out of 'retired' first :( I'm enjoying the update though, these are minor things of course.

Wasn't it like that in Returns?

Oka, Kawato, and Kitamura all use "Theme of Young Lions" in-game (DASH by Yonosuke Kitamura), yes. Oka has a new gimmick he's using occasionally, "Great Okarn," but the theme for it is unknown. Kawato is currently wrestling in Mexico as Kawato-san IIRC. Kitamura is probably done for good due to a severe concussion.
Other than that, all these guys are missing themes due to having a different composer/being a real life song, all creating licensing issues.

Ugh this is driving me crazy. But to fix this they just need to show the Retired section. Very low-hanging fruit.

The defaulting to 1P is a minor bugger. The always online DRM on the other hand, I am vehemently against. This was not a good decision by Spike and only serves to punish the average joe who just wants to play the game. I got a message saying that my Alabama Man edit was unusable offline (he has the Spirit Punch Rush), and as someone who wants people to enjoy whatever edits of mine they choose to pick up whenever they want to, online or no, this legitimately breaks my heart. Dear god. It saving settings before was perhaps the best thing about the shitty UI: I didn't have to mess with anything. It was always the way that I left it and probably wanted it. The always online DRM is the fucking worst. Spike is awful at this. Just horrendous.

This was a step in the right direction, but then has a major omission. Sigh.

They edited some odd, like no coin sound in Okada, ect. That's intentional, the tracks are edited to match the time in which the wrestler usually comes out. Okada doesn't come out when the coin drops, for example.

Think I've come across a bug since this update/DLC
I love me some 4 v 4 elimination matches but a few times both guys on either team have tagged out & just stood on the apron & then just stayed there
Ruins the match as you have to quit out

One time a wrestler didn’t come out during the entrances, and his partners stood at the top of the ramp waiting for him. I was able to push start to get out of the bug, but the glitch with one of the partners freezing happened again. If it helps, I’ve only seen this happen in the SCS arena. It hasn’t happened anywhere else.

Yes, unfortunately it also applies to the game as played in offline mode.
