Or, they better remember how they had a fan base to come back to... and that's the English community keeping it alive. Not Youtubers.
I, for one, ain't doing jack in terms of ports until I have the English version. I'm working on something else Fire Pro related, and I'll keep doing that until the 28th. Fine by me.

To be fair, they really do need people who can get the casuals interested in it. So, known Youtubers supporting the game should be their first choice.

Well... sounds like I'm yelling at somebody. I read it and it didn't seem like that.I have waved it the second I saw him on screen and in a gamer chair. But if he's got that many people watching, and send to enjoy the game, then it's cool. Yea I’m not into it but if he’s got that many people watching and he’s a fan, it’s worth a shot

I mean I get it, the visibility is great. But I'm still sour we can't even get an early unlock on the copies we paid for, to create content for their game for free.
I have no problem with them getting the game, I just think that the few of us who want to port to PS4 that have a track record on PC should get a little early unlock on PS4. Now that I know that this is possible, it just reinforces that opinion for me.
Again, great they got it, visibility.

I'd rather YouTubers with a following that enjoy the game get it two weeks early to promote the game to people who still don't know it's a thing. I think it's a tad silly to be upset about it honestly, it helps grow the already small community. Sure, creators can start working on ports early, but at the end of the day that's not going to sell the game in the short run of release. Long-term the communities creations will sell the game, but upfront, if it weren't for Spike giving out copies to people with large fanbases, a ton of people, would have no clue about the game to begin with. Two weeks really isn't going to hurt much. It shouldn't be taken as a shaft, it's just smart business. Plus, if we're being honest here. They went the route with creators for World's release on PC and saw that it didn't help market the early access release. It makes sense that they're trying something much smarter this time around.
I do think they should have done a standard global release, however, rather than spacing out the dates like they have. There wouldn't be this issue, to begin with.

I have no problem with them getting the game. I have a problem with the fact that creators didn't ALSO get early unlocks on copies that they've paid. When you pay for the game, it shows you the date that it unlocks. I don't understand the big deal, this happens with any major game release. Again, they tried the creator approach with the Early Access release, now they're trying a new approach with the YouTuber outreach. Reacting in a negative light because certain people didn't get early unlocks is silly, nothing is guaranteed, people know what they paid for when they pre-ordered. Sure, it'd be awesome for Spike to unlock peoples games, but feeling shafted over it is just silly. This is how they're going about advertising the game to the masses. There really isn't anything to have a problem with.

Whatever. It unlocks on the 28th in English and I'll work on it on the 28th in English. There.

I'm actually more pissed they haven't added the ability to turn off lumberjack in the landmine match and fight outside. Like what the fuck.
And no exploding cage. FFS it's just a retexture I believe that would make the ropes a cage.

The modders could tell us more, but maybe that's more work than Spike think it's worth.
Originally we didn't even get S-1 mode because they figured nobody cared anymore.

I honestly think it's the additional prioritizing, unit and QA testing required that prevents Spike from making some of the simpler changes. All the minor modifications can add up over time, and slow down higher priority items. Even the smallest change has to go through the entire process again to ensure that all existing features still work. Not to mention the situation that occurs when you're trying to synchronize multiple code branches.
