I feel like there should be an in general through for forum members taking time off and/or coming back to say hi. Either that or I'm becoming an old fart and can't see lol.
Anyway, wow. It's been a long time since I've been on the forums. Not without reason mind you. Other than the massive backlog of time-consuming action/adventure/RPG games I've accumulated because I make good money and can afford a bottomless pit of a hobby, I've basically become a property manager of the house I'm living in and the rental unit in my backyard.
That and I've decided to make it a priority this year to really get my stuff together in terms of organization, well-being, and coaxing myself to really start enjoying media/entertainment instead of hoarding it lol.
That being said, in terms of the Galastream, it has been a while since I left it on a cliffhanger with the appearance of the Sacrament group lead by Zealot. Because of this, the direction I would like to see it go, and my technological limitation of my old computer, I'm still trying to figure out the best way to re-introduce the Galastream in the future. I do plan to retain all the champions so far, but in terms of some other roster members, I'll reach out to the handlers to see if there are any updates I may have missed when the time comes to adjust the roster. That and I got some movesets to still fix after Dawn re-uploaded all of suneed's unfortunately lost moves and I have to rethink about future limitations on custom moves on my edits since I was going a bit crazy.
Either way, I may lurk from time to time here and on Twitch for now as I continue wittling down some RPGs on the PS4. I hope everyone had a great holiday and that 2022 looks more optimistic going forward.

It's fitting that you became a property manager since your avatar signature says "I need some space" 🏡 Seriously though, that is really awesome that you are leveling up in your life, getting things done, and just taking care of priorities important to you. That isn't an easy thing during a regular yet, let alone the past few. I'm really glad to see you back around but am also really glad to hear how you've been spending your time. I've always said RL first and my hopes are always that people on that road are doing happy, productive things. Both of our feds are in bolding patterns for slightly different reasons but I think the inertia is working against us. I totally know how you feel though. The longer the feds sit, the harder it is to really light a fire to start it up. For me, it's just a matter of finishing one f'n show but I'm just not in that headspace now and so it's like pulling teeth out of a toothless man. On that appropriate and quite timely note, last week I decided to make a 2022 version of RYOMA. I'm still working out some of the kinks (mostly competitive balance) but I'm overall happy how he's simming. He was getting a little stale to me and I think that's just because I've used the same version of him in FPW since 2017. I've really liked his sims against Geese, Nobu, a new edit I made as RYOMA's rival named Daigo, and a few others. I've given him a few things he never had before (like a submission that can end matches), some fun Move Crafty stuff, and even a little more agility. I want him to be more dynamic going forward. I was going crazy with custom moves on my edits too. It's a hard thing to just kind of deal with after years of being so limited in FPW. Now we wrestle with infinity in choosing movesets. I've gotten better with it over time though but every now and then I get an edit that is literally not coming together the way I want from the start. And that's because I can't make any firm decisions about what their big moves should be since I have so many options. Either way, I may lurk from time to time here and on Twitch for now as I continue wittling down some RPGs on the PS4. Really nice tribute to Level and also to Ceese to start the conference.
Excellent promo by Zealot! He was full of holy, righteous fire and I also really liked his explanation of who the members of Sacrament were and why they joined. There's a lot of promo fodder there based on his tolerance for their previous evil deeds and potential for continuing them in the future. Lookin' at you, Dolor 😶
Looking forward to the build between Zealot and RYOMA as well 😎

A small card has been posted for Stellarvision 59. It's been awhile since I streamed and my work hours have forced a more later approach. To avoid congestion with what are normally packed Friday nights, I plan to do my shows on Wednesday around 8:30-9:00PM eastern time. |

I don't know - this may be my inner Fire Pro paranoia (the same kind that insists that the RNG is laughing at me), but I've noticed that RNG and match ratings (default, not mod) have been a little bonked since the onset of Move Maker. I think the moves I've created and downloaded have messed with the ratings. Geese puts on the same kind of matches but the game HATES them. Like regularly 70% range even for good matches. So I'm not sure if maybe you are running into these types of issues or if you're just seeing some wonky logic. That, of course, could be the aforementioned RNG. Maybe it's laughing at all of us 😔 I really like the Think Tanks by the way. Hilarious, awesome name 🧠 Sadly, I think I know the cause of their struggles.
