SWA action takes place tonight on the Senatorial Streaming Service with a card headlined by a massive SWA Heavyweight title challenge as Steel Johnson takes on the Howling Beast, the All American Athlete, the Undisputed Ace, Blan Fleming! See it at 8:00 PM (CT)! www.twitch.tv/senatorphillips--- Blan Fleming: I have all the respect in the world for Steel, but once he steps into the ring, he's not in there with his friend, Blanchard, he's in there with the Howling Beast! And when I flip the switch, I don't stop until I do what needs to be done! That's why I'm the champ! And that's why I think I'm still gonna be the champ when it's all over! Steel's tougher than iron, and he knows all the tricks, don't think I'm underestimating him...but I don't care who's across the ring from me, I'll always believe in myself! --- Steel Johnson: You idiots, what do you think I'm going to say here? Of course I'm looking to win this match. Blan's been the champion long enough. It's been a year, at least, don't tell me exactly how long, because you can get the exact number after I take the belt away from him tonight. I know Blan's incredibly strong, I know that he has beaten everyone you can think of around here. Everyone tells me I'm crazy for thinking I stand a chance against him. And they're probably right. But that sort of crazy is exactly what I think it's going to take. Forget about the odds, forget about what all you journalists are saying, I'm going to just throw myself into the action, and what happens, happens. Can't do more than that. --- Nature Strange: The stage is set, the players are ready, let the audience thrill to the tantalizing array of unexpected perspectives and witness the true artistry of professional wrestling! Just remember, a giant can look like an ant when you look at it from the right angle! And nobody is better at finding a new way at seeing things than I! --- Sam Blocks: Don't usually care who's out there, I'll crush 'em! But I'm really going to crush 'em this time with that Hentai freak on their team! 'Nuff said. --- Mikazuki: Hello! I am Mikazuki, the assistant spokesperson for Cider Gaming's sports sponsorship department! And I am thrilled to present the Vale Tudo legend, Cherry Blossom Ikki to you once again! Cherry Blossom Ikki:(Translated from Japanese) <I lost my first time here. I let the fans down, I let myself down. Can't make a second first impression. But I can make up for it, if I go out there and beat Victor Bosch. This guy's like a total legend in the fight game, like a total myth. They talk about him like he's some sort of Russian superhero, like he could outgrapple a giant squid and a gorilla and a python all at once. Maybe they're right. But I'm no slouch on the mat. Maybe I'll be his cherry colored Kryptonite...> --- Victor Bosch: English...is my fourth language. Russian, Mandarin, German, English. But my real language, is the fight. I prefer that sort of speaking to any other.

I've did it! Finally, I have read through the entire thread, and I am now up to date with what is going on in the Office. Took a while, but it was worth it ^^ But I feel like I forgot something ... hmm ... oh right, my thoughts about the last Pan Africa/UCSS show! Let's get right to that, before the SWA runs it's show tonight.
Mercenaries in Exile(Renate Barlowe and the Warbringer), Ibrahim Rahman and Anwar Omar vs. The Egyptian Dynasty(Mohammad Ramses and Nefertiri) and the Black Star Cyclones(Layla Al-Amin(Phoenix Rising) and Esi Dogboe)
I've expected this match to go far longer than that. However, it was still a fun match to watch. I'll expect Layla and Esi to keep their title for a while, if their performance in this match is any indication. It's interesting to see how their relationship changed over time in the Office. From friendly rivals to Pan African Tag Team Champions. I'll still expect great things from the Mercenaries in Exile, though. Barlowe is always dangerous, and I've got a feeling that we haven't seen the best of what the Warbringer has to offer. A diamond in the rough there. I wonder how a match between him and Ramses would turn out? I'm happy to see Ibrahim Rahman, without Midas and his girls. Hopefully, he'll get his chance to win his freedom from Midas one day. Preferably by beating Stanford Bradley, hehe ^^
Congolese Connection(Jean-Pierre Mutombo and Professor Mark Gizenga) vs. Young Blood(PEWA) and King Bemba
Man, Professor Gizenga sure gets some tough matches thanks to Mutombo. Facing Young Blood and King Bemba in the same match is something only a madman (or a Supersensation) would even attempt. But he did hold his own against them. The superior teamwork of the Congolese Connection definitely played a factor here. Young Blood and Bemba are terrifying individuals, but they don't play very well with others. It's good to see Young Blood brought down a bit, after looking unstoppable lately. And man, I can't wait to see the Triple Threat Match between these three. Let's hope that we won't have to wait too long for that ^^
The UCSS Grand Prix
Okay, I admit, I'm cheating a bit by summorizing the Grand Prix in one post, instead of going through it match by match. But man, sometimes I get lazy :P The clear highlight of the Grand Prix was the rise of Jumbo. He never really stood out before, with some good wins here and there, but never anything to substantial. That is why I was even more surprised that he beat Becker here (who challenged Thiago for the belt not that long ago!). I've thought that Jumbo was the clear underdog in this tournament, but man, was I proven wrong. While he was not part of the best fight in the tournament (that honor goes to Angulo vs Wong), Jumbo certainly earned his Competitor of the Night Status.
There is another thing that went through my mind though, and that incorporates Rory Banner. And that is the question if the deal between Alger and Banner can realistically keep going if Banner somehow manages to win the belt. A champ has to represent the company to the world, and that will be difficult if the champ is not allowed to speak. I find that an interesting thing to ponder. Especially since I'll expect Banner to be a high up the list of contenders to Jumbo's title ...
And here we go, my abbreviated thoughts on the last event. I hope I will be able to catch the SWA show live, but even if not, you can be certain that I'll catch it later on VOD and give you my thoughts about it :)

A strong show from the SWA, but if you check out nothing else, do find the end of the bonus match for the single nastiest CRITICAL of the year. RESULTS SWA: Fleming vs. Johnson 8:00 PM (CT) on Friday, May 22nd at the Doors of Perception in Los Angeles, CA Bonus Match: SWA Prestige Rules Damon Smith vs. Soji "The Warning" Kanda Two top names in the Prestige division met in this bonus bout, but it would be the Enforcer, Damon Smith who would reaffirm his reputation with what may well be the single most impressive and fear inspiriing knockout of 2020, as he knocked Kanda down with punches, and finished him off with a cruel series of stomps to the groin for a finish that would have made Keith Hackney proud. SWA Heavyweight Title Blan Fleming(C) vs. Steel Johnson The main event ended up every bit as strong as expected, with Blan Fleming looking to run Steel Johnson out of the ring early on, but the SWA head trainer did not wilt under the pressure, digging into his book of attacks, and going repeatedly for the Steel Driver. Fleming demonstrated his own toughness and continually held on, looking to once again retain his title, when Johnson connected with one more Steel Driver, and managed to dethrone the champ as a result. Steel Johnson is the new SWA Heavyweight champion, and if anyone knows exactly what it takes to defeat anyone on the roster, he's the one. Nature Strange, "Mr. Women" Jamie Wilson and "The Hentai" Baron Charles vs. Sam Blocks, Frog Buster and "The Wall" Alex Thompson A proper showing for Nature Strange's trio as they took the fight to their fearsome foes, continually winning the individual matchups in this showcase tag match. The Baron Charles and Sam Blocks feud continued on, with Charles going for the groin and Blocks going for anything he could land in response. To conclude, however, Charles shocked everyone watching with a brutal kneeling piledriver on Alex Thompson to win the match. SWA Prestige Rules Cherry Blossom Ikki with Mikazuki vs. Victor Bosch A technical grappling bout between two top notch masters of the mat, but the real story here was Bosch suffering an arm injury thanks to a flying armbar into the ropes right at the end of the opening stanza. From there, the Unknown Threat was in full survival mode, countering Ikki, over and over again, using his uncanny presence of mind to stay in the ropes any time he endured a submission, but eventually, even Bosch's skill was not enough to avoid the submission as Ikki countered an attack with a rolling leglock of his own for the win. Karts Rowdy vs. Bobby Bobby The fans and pundits expected this to deliver, and it did. Bobby Bobby and Karts Rowdy fired away from the opening bell, bringing the fight all over the ring to the outside, both men utilziing a wide array of attacks, but in the end it would be Rowdy's trademark 450 splash, the Vulture Dive that would earn the win, making a strong argument for a future title shot. Lindsey Stewart and Caroline Collins vs. Canadian Grizzly(Santana Family Wrestling) and Allen Hawkins An excellent tag match, with Collins and Stewart keeping the Canadian Dream Team off balance with a blistering pace, enduring the counter attack from the techincal duo from the North, and following through as Collins planted Hawkins with a floatover DDT for the win. "Newface" John Smith vs. Keichiro Asakawa Newface Smith continues to climb the ladder with an impressive win over Keiichiro Asakawa, enduring the bulk of the Strong Heart's offence for a large portion of the match before delivering a powerbomb to win by knockout. SWA Prestige Rules Abbie Jones vs. Sophia Rodrigues A quality fight with both sides showing well rounded skills, and Rodrigues impressing all the more by submitting the submission specialist with a guillotine choke in the second round. --- Match of the Night: Karts Rowdy vs Bobby Bobby -While the main event delivered well enough, and the opening Prestige match and the Canadian Dream Team vs Beauty Flies matches were good, this one was the overall best on the card. Performer of the Night: Steel Johnson -Beating the man who held the title for over a year and has been considered the ace of the company, especially in the latter phase of one's career should net this award easily enough. --- Injury Report Keiichiro Asakawa: Bruised Rib (One Month Medical Suspension) -A John Smith powerbomb finished Asakawa off, and the former VJPW champ should be thankful that he only suffered a minor injury as a result. Victor Bosch: Hyperextended Elbow (One Month Medical Suspension) -Bosch's arm was damaged by a flying armbar from Cherry Blossom Ikki, and the former Spetsnaz man still fought on for the better part of a round afterwards. As it is, it seems that he will only be on the shelf for a month, and by reports, showed entirely no sign of feeling any pain in the arm during his evaluation. Soji Kanda: Testicular Trauma (Three Month Medical Suspension) -Perhaps the most painful injury seen in Senatorial Streaming Service history will result in a three month suspension. Soji Kanda took a terrible series of stomps below the belt, resulting in an instant stoppage, as the Warning writhed in agony following the crushing attack. --- Steel Johnson: So this is the belt, haven't seen this thing for a while, at least up close. Blanchard's as tough as they come, but I could have told him, after Max got hurt, he needed to take some time to get his head straight. I don't plan on holding this for over a year like he just did, though. Too many responsibilities to take care of, too much going on here. I still have to run the dojo, speak to you people in the media, involve myself in negotiations, along with training to keep this title around my waist. ???: Hey, if that's so much trouble, I'll be happy to take that load off your shoulders, pops! Steel: Figured you'd show up, Karts. And let's make this official. First title defense I make, is against you. That's what you earned tonight, that's what you're getting. Karts Rowdy: That's not all I'm looking for. When we do this, I don't want some boring old paint by numbers match... Steel: Fine, you want a cage match, you got it. Karts: Hey, how'd you know that's what I was asking for? Steel: I've known you for years. That's what you always want to make these matches. You want it, you got it. But you lose in there, don't go crying about anything afterwards. You want to take this belt? Go ahead. But don't forget all those times I kicked your ass in the dojo. Karts: Dojo's just for play...this is the real deal. Steel: Practice makes perfect! Karts: We're talking about practice! Not a fight, practice! Steel: I'll see you in that cage. Just be ready!

Golden Touch Promotions #5: All the Gold Friday, May 29th, following All Time Boxing on our timeline at the Beltway Hippodrome in Washington, DC
Senatorial Office #1 Ranking Bout Jean-Pierre Mutombo(C) vs. King Bemba vs. Young Blood The battle for the ages will headline this massive card. Following a win on the previous Pan African card against both foes in tag action, Jean-Pierre Mutombo picked both King Bemba and Young Blood for his next defense of his Number One Ranking. With the murderous feelings shared between Bemba and Young Blood, however, this might be less a match for dominance as it will be for all out carnage.
Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational Finals The winners of the two semi-final bouts will each have another match to determine the winner of the Triple D Workrate Invitational, with their respective promotion receiving a massive check from Midas Matthews.
Ibrahim Rahman vs. The New Humanity Two of Midas's more frustrating contracted associates will face off here, with Ibrahim Rahman pitting his technical brilliance against the nearly superhuman athleticism of the New Humanity. Rahman has been outspoken in his desire to terminate his Golden Touch contract and a win here could perhaps help the process along, while Esteban Vargas has struggled to live up to his otherworldly potential, and could claim a win here as the first step in doing so.
Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational Semi-Finals Bracket B Wrestle Parade(Leslie Flare vs. Ayumi Otonashi) vs. Phoenix Rising ("Five Star" Kyle Anderson vs. Blake Dynamite) The second bracket will test two promotions that have long shared close ties, with Wrestle Parade's duo of Flare and Otonashi looking to impress, while Phoenix Rising puts on arguably its top two workrate kings in Kyle Anderson and Blake Dynamite.
Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational Semi-Finals Bracket A Warrior Pro(Roy Carter vs. Kenta Aoki) vs. MWWC(Steve Faulkner vs. Megastar) A mix of top names under the Warrior Pro umbrella will represent the company in the A Bracket with Roy Carter and Dragon Fire's Kenta Aoki squaring off, while the MWWC puts two top names into competition with Steve Faulkner and the ever-dynamic Megastar seeking the approval of Digital Dave.
---
Morgan "Midas" Matthews: Welcome, everyone, this is Morgan Matthews, and what I have for you on this Friday is nothing less than what I would like to call a true premium luxury wrestling product. I have spared no expense for Golden Touch #5. From the main event, with the Senatorial Office Number One Ranking on the line between the top three stars of the company, to a high grade matchup between two of the very best in all of professional athletics in Ibrahim Rahman and the New Humanity, nobody will deny that this is far and away the next step in viewer fulfillment. However, what I am most proud to present, is something entirely different. This card will not feature the usual promotional bouts against our ENHANCE talent. Instead, we will unveil a high concept that in my humble opinion, will change the very way that the public will percieve the very sport of pro wrestling. And to speak to you on this, let me present to you, a true visionary not unlike myself, the host of the Ring Beholder podcast, a senior editor for World Wrestling Daily Digest, the top journalist in all of combat sports, Digital Dave Doolittle.
"Digital" Dave Doolittle: Thank you for your generosity, Mr. Matthews. It only makes sense that the gold standard in wrestling journalism and Golden Touch Promotions can find common ground here. Let me provide some background here. For decades, I have contributed my universally regarded ratings to judge the quality of professional wrestling matches. And for years, I have been formulating a new idea based off my ratings, one that could become something truly special. We all know that wrestling is as much about the showmanship as it is about the winners and losers. So, my thought was, why not value that aspect more? And the idea I came up with, was for the Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational. A tournament hosting four promotions sending in two of their wrestlers to compete against each other. But the winner is not the one who picks up the pinfall or submission. The winners, are the two who put on the better match. This is what I call "Olympic Style Pro Wrestling," if ballroom dancing and synchronized swimming can serve as Olympic sports based off artistic interpretation, why not wrestling? So, that is the background and general idea for the Workrate Invitational. And there is nobody more suited to judge the winners than myself, but that goes without saying. I presented this idea to Mr. Matthews, because I believe he was the only person with the means and the motivation to make this happen. But I do not believe this is the only time this will take place.
Midas: Oh no, it will not! The Workrate Invitational is the first step in what I hope will become a true phenomenon, as it certainly deserves to become! This is the sort of innovation you can only find here in Golden Touch, where we are ahead of the curve, where we are the best you can find. This is Golden Touch. See us live on Friday to witness a glimpse into the future of professional wrestling.
[Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational Rules] -Four promotions select two wrestlers to represent them -The promotion's wrestlers will face each other in a singles match -Each match will be held to a 20 minute time limit -An injury or knockout will disqualify the team in the semi finals -Each promotion will be paired with another one in its bracket -The winner of each bracket will be determined by which promotion has the higher percentage assigned to its match -In the case of a percentage tie, the shorter match time will serve as the tiebreaker -If both percent and time are equal, then Morgan Matthews will pick the winner by "Midas's Choice"

And once All Time Boxing wraps things up, don't tune away, as Golden Touch Promotions airs a unique event with a massive main event. Capping off the card, the Senatorial Office #1 Ranking is on the line as the incomparable Jean-Pierre Mutombo takes on a catastrophic dual threat of King Bemba and Young Blood in a triple threat! The Digital Dave Doolittle Invitational Tournament will also take place, with MWWC, Phoenix Rising, Warrior Pro and Wrestle Parade all sending in two of their most exciting competitors to demonstrate their best competitive abilities in a competition unlike an other in professional wrestling history. JPM Speaks Before Landmark BoutBy Kevin "The Internet" Anderson In an exclusive interview with World Wrestling Daily Digest, Senatorial Office Number One Ranked Jean-Pierre Mutombo had some strong comments to make. Jean-Pierre Mutombo: Greetings and salutations, Mr. Kevin Anderson! This is a good day to be alive! And not just because any day one is alive is a good day to be alive, but because I am going to do something great on this day! For it is tonight that I, Jean-Pierre am going to defend my wonderful Number One against not just the most fearsome and scary opponent in all of the Senatorial Office, but against both of the two scariest and most fearsome opponents that I can face! I am being very honest with you here, I am tired of hearing the things King Bemba says! This Number One is something I worked very hard for...and it is something he worked very hard for, before! It is not his birthright! It is the prize for anyone who can work hard enough to earn it and win the matches! But that is very much ok, because I will beat him! And if I am tired of the words that come out of his mouth, I am even more annoyed with Mr. Young Blood. He has a very filthy mouth and does not say nice things! He is extremely violent and violently extreme! But do not think for even one second that the African Supersensation, the Charisma King, the Unifier is afraid of him! He is a champion, and he is very strong, but I, too am a champion, and I do not need to talk people down to beat them! So, Mr. Kevin Anderson, what I see here is nothing but wondrous, glorious opportunity! It is a time for the top man to prove again that he is worthy of staying on the very top! It will be cause for celebration for all the incredible fans that continue to give me the motivation to take on matches like this! And it will be a great paycheck from Mr. Midas! So yes, this is a great day to be alive, and I thank all the fans who will hear this, and I thank you, Mr. Kevin for this interview! Thank you, and goodbye! Kevin Anderson: And that...was as one sided an interview as I think I have ever conducted...

RESULTS Golden Touch Promotions #5: All the Gold Friday, May 29th, following All Time Boxing on our timeline at the Beltway Hippodrome in Washington, DC Senatorial Office #1 Ranking Bout Jean-Pierre Mutombo(C) vs. King Bemba vs. Young Blood Utterly unreal. Young Blood was on a mission. Early on, he spiked Jean-Pierre with a fisherman buster, but only seven minutes in, he again caught the Number One with a brutal Last Will and Testament wrist clutch fireman carry driver to knock him out. King Bemba fought valiantly after that moment, and exacted some pain out of the PEWA Extreme champion. Young Blood, though, avoided most of Bemba's best moves, and once again, it would be the Last Will and Testament that would finish off the Ugandan by KO, and, to the horror of all those watching, placed Young Blood at the apex of the Senatorial Office. However, one suit-clad individual did not seem too impressed as he walked out onto the entryway... Salvador Sosa: Hey, congratulations! Now prepare yourself, you don't know the time, you don't know the place, but when it happens, you will know exactly where you were and what you were thinking and I will be the Office #1! Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational Finals MWWC(Steve Faulkner vs. Megastar) 100% vs. Phoenix Rising(Kyle Anderson vs. Blake Dynamite) 87% Not only did the MWWC duo end up with the vaunted Hundo, but they did so within the time limit, placing a great deal of pressure on the Phoenix Rising team. Try as they did, Five Star Kyle and Blake Dynamite could not quite match such a feat in their own match, and as such, the MWWC managed to win the Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational, along with an impressive oversized check to be split between the two deserving winners. Ibrahim Rahman vs. The New Humanity An impressive match with two of the best Golden Touch has to offer under its contracted talent, and both Rahman and Vargas played to their strengths, with Rahman's technicality and Humanity's athleticism on full display. Down the stretch, the New Humanity, Estaban Vargas hit an unearthly Izuna Drop on Ibrahim Rahman, but the Tunisian Nomad somehow kicked out of the move, and quickly caught the Humanity in an inside cradle to take an impressive win for his record. Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational Semi-Finals Bracket B Wrestle Parade(Leslie Flare vs. Ayumi Otonashi) 74% vs. Phoenix Rising ("Five Star" Kyle Anderson vs. Blake Dynamite) 100% Digital Dave Doolittle may be the most recognized name in match ratings, but he has not held that role without some major criticism. And the Wrestle Parade duo of Otonashi and Flare, despite putting on a thrilling sprint of match, only received a 74% for their effort, a judgement that brought many boos to the Digital One. On the other side of things, Kyle Anderson and Blake Dynamite put on a quality match, and managed to move on to the finals, with a Hundo to their name, no surprise for the man who goes by the nickname of "Five Star Kyle." Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational Semi-Finals Bracket A Warrior Pro(Roy Carter vs. Kenta Aoki) 89% vs. MWWC(Steve Faulkner vs. Megastar) 100% Two matches that went to a draw opened up the A Block, with Roy Carter's brash submission game and Kenta Aoki's neck bending offence thrilling the crowd, but it would be Faulkner and Megastar that would impress Digital Dave Doolittle all the more, with a mix of brawling and high flying that took the duo to a 100% rating. --- Match of the Night: Megastar vs. Steve Faulkner(Take your pick of which one) -A *different* sort of selection here, but you can't argue against the duo that won a workrate tournament with their matches. Performer of the Night: Young Blood -KOing the top two men in the company for the top prize in the Office will win this. --- Injury Report Jean-Pierre Mutombo: Stinger (One Week Medical Suspension) -After being dropped by Young Blood's Last Will and Testament, JPM ended up flat on his back, but not seemingly as injured as one might expect from such a situation. It was judged that a pinched nerve was the result, and minimal recovery time will be required for the former top man in the Office. King Bemba: Severe Neck Strain (Three Month Medical Suspension) -Once again, the Last Will and Testament claimed another victim, this time, in King Bemba, who ended up injured far worse than Mutombo, and will end up on the shelf for three months. --- Following the show, Midas Matthews spoke with Young Blood in the backstage area, with his ever-present associates, Persephone and Irkalla and seemed almost giddy as a result of the PEWA champ's victory. Morgan "Midas" Matthews: It does me great pleasure to speak to the man of the hour! Congratulations on such a splendid win! Young Blood: Fuck off, Goldilocks! I don't need you stealing my spotlight! I don't even need your golden whores, either, so go play some grabass somewhere else! Hey, shitstain, bring that cheap ass camera over here! Yeah, right on my face, I want all those little piss stains out there to hear me! The camera zoomed uncomfortably close to Young Blood's face, which took on an almost eerie quality in the relatively dim lighting in the backstage hallway. Blood: You all told me I didn't belong here. You fuckin' did everything to keep this away from me. Anthony Kalb, how's it feel now, you shitting yourself yet? Because I didn't just take my throne by force, I killed both of your pretend kings! Charisma King? Dead. Bemba? Fuckin' done. Biff Taylor knows he can't get my belt off me, now you know that the revolution is here, and it's motherfuckin' here to stay! Anyone you have, I'll do the same thing I did to Jack Fury, Downtown Brown, Tomas, Pussy ass Luke Powers, that bitch, Mina, all of 'em, I put them down, and there's nobody who can stop me from doing it again! You hear me, nobody! ???: Hey, amigo, either you have a hearing problem, or you have issues with your memory, mano. The camera quickly zoomed out to reveal Salvador Sosa standing only a few feet from Young Blood. Blood: I'll tell you what I told Midas, go... Salvador Sosa: You think all that bluster impresses me? I've nearly been killed in the ring by someone twice your size, maybe more. You know what that's like. It changes you, whether you admit it or not. You...got more violent, more vicious, nastier, because you came right up on the edge of your mortality, man. And it was only some tiny little squirt that almost did you in, that left you with permanent damage. One more drop on that cantaloupe head of yours...and you're kaput. Me, I wasn't so stupid to tell my doctors to screw themselves. I put in the work, did the time, and I'm stronger now than I ever was. You, your success you have now, it's from your fear, from you being scared that any match is your last, and you gotta make each one count. Me? My strength came from finding out exactly who I am, and what I can do when I got over my fear of failure and stood up like a real man. That's how I took on Gorilla Power, a dude so strong that he rolled through everyone until he got to me. Gorlla Power hit me with everything he had, over and over, and over, and I took it, took it like the champ I am, and then I turned the tables back on him and did what I had to do to win. Because I knew I had to win, not because I'm scared of losing, but because I want to be the best Salvador Sosa that I can be. And that's why I came all the way over here to the Beltway tonight. Because if I want to be the best I can be, that road leads straight to you. Blood: Don't make me laugh, fuckface. You think you're so cool, with your little douchebag Rudo Army, but you'll get fucked up just like everyone else! Sosa: I'd be happy to do this right here, but I can't take your Number One in this hallway... Young Blood started turning away, only to turn back and throw a right hand at Salvador Sosa. Sosa, however, saw the strike coming, and slipped under it, ducking behind Young Blood, and smacked him in the back of the head with an open hand. With an oxen bellow, Blood swung a mighty hook, crashing into Sosa's guard, swinging away again and again, only partially connecting until Sosa's high priced shoe caught him in the stomach, sending the new Number One bouncing into the wall. Before either could re-engage, the security showed up in force, and cut them both off. Young Blood shouted after Sosa, straining against the restraints of the crowd, while the Dominican merely brushed off his suit and turned on a heel, heading off down the hallway, entirely ignoring the fracas behind him. --- Ibrahim Rahman: I won. I won my match. Now end this unfair contract, please. Midas: I think not. Did you believe a win would convince me of ending our business relationship? It only makes me want to hold onto this that much more, especially seeing how pathetically incompetent the bulk of my contracted talent have been as of late! Rahman: It says I get raise for learning English. I speak proper English, now. Midas: You're no Patrick Stewart...but I'll grant you that. Fine, you get a bonus for doing something that you needed to do in this business, congratulations, I'm in a good enough mood, even with Young Blood insulting me to my face, even with your attempt to break this contract! Rahman: I have another request. Give me match with Rhodes. I win, I am my own man again. I lose...you see me lose to Rhodes. Midas: Why would I possibly want to do that? Colossus loses too much for his role as my scary invincible giant! If he loses to you...no, that cannot happen...but here's an idea: beat the Destructive Duo, both of them, Honda and Wrecker, same time, against just you. Do that, and you get whatever you want, within reason, of course. Next Golden Touch show, let's do that, if you're man enough to accept. Rahman: I accept. Midas: How splendid.

Elly Blackwood "You're a man that likes to make enemies out of the world... you don't want anyone on your side, you don't want a single person to like you, you just want to go out there and be a violent psychopath... Young Blood, you're going to claim that tonight was a statement, you're going to say that your actions tonight are somehow justified by some twisted logic, you've probably already done your part to tell the world how right you were to put down your two opponents and become the #1 on top of holding the PEWA title.
And I'm going to tell you something you don't want to hear.
I called you a 'violent psychopath' just now, and that doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. You've gone from an asshole to an active danger to anyone who steps into that ring with you, and in my eyes, that makes you the scum of the fucking earth. In my eyes, you don't deserve to even step into a ring, much less hold a championship, much less be considered '#1' anything other than 'asshole that would be blacklisted anywhere else'.
You reached the very top... the pinnacle of your career. But you know what happens to those who reach the top? One way or another... they fall. Eventually, the same will happen to you. And whether it's at the hands of Salvador Sosa, whether I'm the one responsible, or whether you run into just the wrong person down the line... your time as the so-called 'best' will be shorter than you want it to be, and yet longer than you deserve.
And mark my words, Young Blood... I'm not the sort of person to pay blood with blood, like you are. I won't set out to deliberately end you when we meet.
But I sure as hell won't feel sorry for you if that's what ends up happening."

A word from the desk of Senatorial Office Chairman, Anthony Kalb:
Anthony Kalb: I have a few statements to make, and I'll keep this as briefly as I possibly can. First off, Young Blood is the Number One Ranked member of our roster now. I am going on the record here in saying I am not happy with that development, not at all. He does not represent what I believe the Office should stand for, not in his actions or his words. But, no matter how I feel about the matter, he won the match, fair and square, and he's the Number One, which I will have to respect, going forward. Just don't expect me to go out of my way to give him any media access.
Kalb: Secondly, while this week was going to be the combined PEWA and Highway Outlaw Wrestling show, featuring Scarlett Rose's rematch against Texas Rose for the Ruler of the Road title, that will be postponed for a week, due to outside circumstances. This left a gap in our programming. And realizing that none of our promotions were lined up for this Friday, with our talent base all here in DC, I decided that the time was right to do something I've wanted to do for years. Yes, Senator Phillips wasn't going to do this, not at any point. The Board of Directors wasn't going to sign on for this under any other circumstances. But like I said, the time was right, and as such, I'm bringing back the Office Party for one week only! I've sent out contacts and we're going to book this one live! Even I don't know what's coming forth on this Friday! So, if you're ready for a big unpredictable mess of a show, do tune into the Senatorial Streaming Service on Friday!
Office Party #13 8:00 PM (CT) on Friday, June 5th at Ellington Hall in Washington, DC

RESULTS Office Party #13 8:00 PM (CT) on Friday, June 5th at Ellington Hall in Washington, DC Main Event Steve Faulkner and Megastar(MWWC) vs. Cowboy Johnston and Lil Lariato with Generalissimo Kool Q and Duke Cogburn The Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational winning duo from MWWC again showed up in the Office, this time taking on two of the top stars of the TIPWF. Both sides held nothing back, with Megastar's shooting star press and Faulkner's jackhammer keeping the Cogburn team off balance. However, Lariato and Johnston managed to stay in the match, and it would be the Borderline Breaker stepover shoulder hold wristlock that earned the submission over Steve Falkner from Cowboy Johnston. FENYANG vs. Misterio Guerrero One of the most exciting bouts of the evening took place right before the main event as Pan African Wrestling's FENYANG and the TIPWF's Misterio Guerrero did battle. Both men traded their trademark moves, with FENYANG landing multiple double arm facebusters and the Aces High diving headbutt, and Guerrero no selling the facebuster and landing his own Mystery Splash early on. Both made a great show of pace and agility, but it would be another Splash from Guerrero that would bring the match to its conclusion to the well-earned cheers of the crowd at Ellington Hall. Della Dwight and "Textbook" Tim Dwight vs. Josie J. Jett and Big Robert Montgomery The Dwight Family just can't catch a break against Big Robert Montgomery. However, in this tag matchup, the first time Textbook Dwight stood in the ring against Montgomery after the Wacker Drive boss injured him, months ago, it would be Josie J. Jett who would step up, anchoring her team and pinning Della Dwight with a cobra twist cradle to pick up the win. Kass the Stampede(Wrestle Parade) vs. Black Trunks Betty Kass the Stampede managed to live up to her name, trampling Betty Black Trunks, busting her open with a boot to the head and finished the ENHANCE favorite off with a proper LeBell Lock to seal the deal. SATOMI(Phoenix Rising) vs. Yuriko Masamune In a competitive match, Yuriko Masamune displayed the wide range of skill and focused mentality that came from a three decade career in the squared circle, taking one of Phoenix Rising's finest to her limit. But she could not exceed SATOMI's capacity, as she answered back with a formidable array of her own attacks, finishing Masamune off with the Rings of Saturn after enduring a cross STF. Kenta Aoki(Dragon Fire) vs. Kosuke Arai Kenta Aoki arrived in the Office in top form. And he demonstrated this form throughout his match with the legendary Kosuke "Choppu" Arai, beating the L-Pro veteran from bell to bell, inside and outside of the ring, before finishing him with a final Aoki Crusher leg hook driver for the end. Truly dominant performance from the Dragon Fire standout. Bryson King(Blackrose) vs. Anthony Kalb An absolute slugfest took place in Anthony Kalb's return to the ring, in which he took on one of Blackrose Wrestling's heaviest hitters in Bryson King. And for much of the match, King demonstrated his potent offence, keeping Kalb on his back heel. However, the Chairman of the Office was motivated to another level on this night, and answered fire with fire, landing several consecutive Pre-emptive Strike high lift powerbombs, the last of which earned Kalb one of, if not the single greatest victory of his entire career. Humberto Ortega with Sarita Jean Watkins vs. Super Komodo with Lila Gila steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1055478641739370598/2DEF757681E645942673728BE2AE696144B965FA/A solid opener between two competitors that never faced when they both shared a roster in Wacker Drive Revival. Ortega set the pace, using his relaxed technicality to keep Super Komodo from going into the core of his attack, and in the end, a counter rollup would net the win for the Internationale's most disinterested revolutionary. --- Match of the Night: Bryson King vs. Anthony Kalb -While the SATOMI-Masamune and the FENYANG-Guerrero matches were outstanding, this match took things to another level all together, with King and Kalb both looking motivated and strong. Performer of the Night: Anthony Kalb -A win over Bryson King is nothing to sneeze at, and will earn Kalb a dual award, likely for the first time in his career. --- Anthony Kalb: First, let me thank everyone who made their way over to Ellington Hall, especially the outside performers who answered the call, and even more so, to Bryson King who offered me an amazing match. First time back after JPM busted my ribs, and I feel like I'm probably going to have to go back to the doctor and have them checked again, Bryson, I can count the people I've faced in my career on one hand that can hit as hard as you just hit. To have won a match against you, that's something that I'm going to remember for a long time. Kalb: Even more so, a win like that motivates me. If I'm going to be completely honest, I didn't think I had a snowball's chance in hell in winning that one. Just thought it'd be a fun interpromotional opportunity and a great challenge to whip myself back into shape for. But now that I have that on my record...let me once again take the leadership reigns here, and make a statement. We all know right now that Salvador Sosa has the next shot at Young Blood and the Number One. And really, I can't see Salvador losing that match. He's too determined, too athletic, too skilled and well rounded, the best in the game today, in my humble opinion. But if, and that's a big "if," but if Salvador somehow doesn't come away as the winner, I'm thinking my win here tonight just might have put me next in line. And trust me, if I'm gunning for Young Blood, I'm not taking any half measures.

A message from the PEWA Extreme Champion, the Senatorial Office #1 Ranked member, Young Blood was sent to the PEWA a day before the publication of this card: Young Blood: I don't give two shits about the PEWA! I've slummed around with those worthless douchecanoes long enough! So, Biff Taylor wants to see me on his show again, too fuckin' bad, it's not worth my fuckin' while! I'm the motherfuckin' Number One now, so I don't have time for this! Find me someone who doesn't break their ass when I hit them, and send them over to Golden Touch! I'm done with you and I'm done with your bullshit shithole bingo hall shit! A response was later posted by PEWA President, Biff Taylor: Biff Taylor: Jeesh, I ain't Shakespeare or anything, but maybe you need to pick up a dictionary and learn some more diversified vocab, dude! Seriously, though, you're giving the Biffmeister indigestion, the way you're holding our title hostage, an' don't think that I'm the only one around here who's got a problem with that! So, here's the deal, you don't wanna wrestle on the show you're signed to? Alright, we don't wanna see you either. But you ain't gettin' away with holding our title indefinitely. So, you like Midas's show? Next Golden Touch, you're defending the PEWA Extreme title, an' the best part's that you don't have a clue who you're going to go up against! Could be an obvious choice...could be someone outta the blue...could be someone you never, ever heard of...but no matter what, you're defendin' that belt! PEWA x Highway Outlaw Wrestling - Rose vs. Rose II8:00 on Friday, June 12 at the Beltway Hippodrome in Washington, DC Main Event: Highway Outlaw Wrestling Ruler of the Road Bout Texas Rose(C) vs. Scarlett Rose(Wrestle Parade)While Texas Rose came out ahead the first time these two met, the Hounds of Abbadon member, Scarlett Rose believed that her first Highway Outlaw appearance was far from her best showing. As such, she will return for a second shot at the Ruler of the Road, looking to neutralize the champ's technical side with her own brawling. PEWA Extreme Tag Title #1 Contender Bout Wild Women(Mina Fitsharris and Juliette Erving) vs. PEWA's Most Hated(Jeffery Janson and "Party Animal" Jeremy Wylde)After her loss against Young Blood, Mina Fitsharris has decided to return to tag action, and now the top team of the Wild Women will go up against the PEWA's Most Hated, a team that gave Erving and CiCi Reno an astounding time limit draw. Somehow, Janson and Wylde seem to be slowly winning some current PEWA fans over with their impressive matches, but don't expect the long time diehards to jump on the bandwagon in any situation. The Return of Tomas Tomas the Tiny Giant with Victor Van Banning vs. Sir Vladimir Henry with Heidi KarnsteinThe Tiny Giant has finally made his way back to PEWA action, following his injury at the hands of (who else?) Young Blood and after some strong showings on a series of outside bookings taken against medical advice. This time, Tomas will face an old foe, in the treacherous master of the occult, Sir Vladimir Henry. While Henry brings his usual partner at ringside in Heidi Karnstein, Tomas will have Henry's eternal foe, Victor Van Banning in his corner, although it is unknown whether the infamous light tube smasher had anything to do with the choice. Elly Blackwood(Phoenix Rising) vs. X-KIRAThe Invincible Elly Blackwood has set her sights on the PEWA Extreme Champion, Young Blood, but with the champ declining to appear in the PEWA, Blackwood will have to settle for one of Blood's fellow "infusion" co-debutees in X-KIRA. KIRA may not be as accomplished as Young Blood, but the former Junior Heavy technician will look to do what few have ever accomplished in defeating Blackwood, with his high angle powerbomb and crossface submission perhaps giving him an outside chance. The Railjumpers(Jumpin' Jim Malone and Jayne Payne) vs. The Ritual of the Flame(Beatriz and Zanca with the Cremator and Bath Salts Zombie)Back from injury, tag specialist Jumpin' Jim Malone once again forms the Railjumpers with Jayne Payne, this time, going up against the dangerous pyromaniacs from the Ritual of the Flame. Beatriz's lucha extrema style and Zanca's spastic kickboxing shoot style high flying hardcore strong style(he's not the most focused wrestler around) could give the two veterans trouble, but the real problem could come from the duo of the Bath Salts Zombie and the Cremator at ringside. Bodybreaker Brown vs. Russian Deathmetal(Blackrose Wrestling)One of the most dangerous men in all of Blackrose Wrestling, Russian Deathmetal will again find himself in the Office, this time against a PEWA Original in Bodybreaker Brown. Deathmetal has recently focused on tag work in his home fed, while Bodybreaker has taken a role as a trainer in the PEWA. Brown will have to draw heavily upon his twenty plus year experience if he hopes to defeat a prime Deathmetal in this one. Highway Outlaws vs. PEWA Fat Burner, The Equalizer and the Cruisers(Cruiser Jacobs and Cruiser Conrad) vs. P-Dogg, Skurai, Tracy Finn and Annie ChangA big cluster of a mess will open things up with the PEWA and Highway Outlaw Wrestling each sending in a team to take part in an eight person showcase. Reportedly, Sylvain "Pay Day" Mint was going to round out the PEWA Originals, but Annie Chang begged management for a spot on the card, and Mint was all too happy to take a step aside check to let her take his spot.

Well, it was inevitable that I would get behind with my reviews. Didn't expect to forget doing it for 4 shows in a row though. Maybe I should just focus on the latest one ... eh, nope. I will do them all! Buckle up, goes this is gonna take a while. I will put them in spoiler tags, so that I won't cram up your page with a wall of text. SWA: Fleming vs. JohnsonBonus Match: SWA Prestige Rules Damon Smith vs. Soji "The Warning" Kanda Good god, Kanda can't catch a break. First, he geht's thrown around like a child by Frog Buster at the first SWA show, and now he get's balls busted by Smith. Smith picks up some momentum after his loss to Santos, but damn. He didn't have to be THAT cruel.
SWA Heavyweight Title Blan Fleming(C) vs. Steel Johnson Well, I'll be damned. I did not expect Steel to get the win here. He fought with tooth and nails here, and ultimately won. Blan should really consider taking a short break to refocus. Losing both the tag team title and the heavyweight title has to sting a lot. Perhaps he should focus on his tag team with Max, once he returns. Can't wait to see how the Cage match between Steel and Karts will turn out.
Nature Strange, "Mr. Women" Jamie Wilson and "The Hentai" Baron Charles vs. Sam Blocks, Frog Buster and "The Wall" Alex Thompson Once again, this match proves that one should never bet against strange (and I don't mean Nature Strange). While Blocks, Buster and Thompson had the clear size advantage, it was the weird who would prevail. God, I can only imagine how absolutely pissed Blocks was after Charles picked up the win. These two should really get a rematch soon.
SWA Prestige Rules Cherry Blossom Ikki with Mikazuki vs. Victor Bosch This was a much better showing for Ikki than his debut against Hinomiya last show. Great match up between these two. The Prestige division is tacked! Can't wait to see more. And while we were speaking about Hinomiya, I wonder if he will get his title match at the next show against Santos.
Karts Rowdy vs. Bobby Bobby This match delivered exactly what it promised. Don't have much else to say about it, truthfully. It was a good match, and Karts deserves his shot at Johnson after this one.
Lindsey Stewart and Caroline Collins vs. Canadian Grizzly(Santana Family Wrestling) and Allen Hawkins The Canadian Dream Team seem to have some trouble picking up wins in the SWA, but a loss against Stewart and Collins is no shame. Surely, they deserve a shot against the Vanishing. The match itself was pretty good.
"Newface" John Smith vs. Keichiro Asakawa I did not expect Newface to go on a winning streak. What a surprise man. If he keeps that up, then there might be a title opportunity for him in the future. It would be interesting if this would happen against Johnson. Teacher vs. Student.
SWA Prestige Rules Abbie Jones vs. Sophia Rodrigues The two most dangerous women on the roster going head to head, with Rodrigues picking up the win. That brings Jones' momentum to a halt, after her win against "Mr. Women". I am curious to see what comes next for her. Because one thing is for certain: she won't stay down, after fighting so hard to get there.
Side Note: I am so excited that you are working on Masked Legend! He is one of my favourites of the Spike edits. Can't wait to see him at a future show :) Golden Touch Promotions #5: All the GoldSenatorial Office #1 Ranking Bout Jean-Pierre Mutombo(C) vs. King Bemba vs. Young Blood Ah crap. The worst case scenario ... actually happenend. I was hoping that Young Bloods loss against Mutumbo and Gizenga would be an indicator of how this match would end, but no. Like a cockroach, Young Blood just won't die. And credit where credit is due, he did put up an impressive performance. Let's hope that somebody, ANYBODY, can take him down a notch. Otherwise, we will have to listen to him for a while. Sosa is certainly a good choice for an opponent. You know that I will cheer for him all the way through.
Digital Dave Doolittle Workrate Invitational MWWC(Steve Faulkner vs. Megastar) vs. Phoenix Rising(Kyle Anderson vs. Blake Dynamite) vs. Wrestle Parade(Leslie Flare vs. Ayumi Otonashi) vs. Warrior Pro(Roy Carter vs. Kenta Aoki) Once again, my laziness prevails, so I will compile my thoughts on the Invitational matches into one. Steve Faulkner and Megastar had an trememdous match both times, which gave them the deserving win. I am wondering though if Digital Dave has something against Wrestle Parade, because he (almost) always rates their matches too low. That Flare vs. Otonashi match deserved a higher rating. It's good to see Kyle again (I don't follow Phoenix Rising as thouroughly as I do the Office, so I don't see him that often), and he proved why he is called Five Star Kyle. His opponent did a great job as well, of course. Aoki vs. Carter was a great technical match as well ... man, I'm incredibly glad that I wasn't the one who had to rate these matches. Otherwise, Midas would have to choose all winners for me.
Ibrahim Rahman vs. The New Humanity Speaking of Midas, it was nice to see Rahman pick up a win here. But damn, I sincerly hope that he did not bite off more than he can chew by accepting a match against Honda AND Yamamoto at the same time. I'll be rooting for him, but man, I am worried. It wasn't that long ago that he was out with an injury, and that match could end with him back on the injured list. Office Party #13Main Event Steve Faulkner and Megastar(MWWC) vs. Cowboy Johnston and Lil Lariato with Generalissimo Kool Q and Duke Cogburn Hey, the match I suggested! It did not disappoint, in my opinion. Faulkner and Megastar continue to put on an impressive show (which reminds me that I should check out MWWC in the future). There were a few other choices of opponents that came to my mind (like the Egyptian Dynasty or GP Christopher/Kaede Kinoshita), but it wouldn't really be an Office Party without Johnston and Lariato. Also, good for Lariato to pick up a win after his loss to Masterson at the last show.
FENYANG vs. Misterio Guerrero Now this was surprise! Of course, only a fool would know what to expect when these two are involved, but still! They worked incredibly well together, and earned their Match of the Night award. I hope that we will get some more Office Parties in the future, if we get more matches like this.
Della Dwight and "Textbook" Tim Dwight vs. Josie J. Jett and Big Robert Montgomery This was pretty good. Sure, Montgomery continues to be the Kryptonite of the Dwight family (thank good Tim wasn't injured again in this one), but matches like this will only help Della improve. I wonder if this will bring Della one step closer to sign with Wacker Drive Revival (or did she sign with them already? I'm not exactly sure at the moment).
Kass the Stampede(Wrestle Parade) vs. Black Trunks Betty Finally, a win for Wrestle Parade in the Office! Although I was a bit worried that Betty would get the upset here, even though it was unlikely. Good work from Kass, and Betty did make her look Strong.
SATOMI(Phoenix Rising) vs. Yuriko Masamune Like I said before, I'm not that familiar with Phoenix Rising (yet), but SATOMI did a job against Masamune. A good match from both women.
Kenta Aoki(Dragon Fire) vs. Kosuke Arai Lightning Pro talent seem to have some trouble with Dragon Fire talent. First Endo against Masahiro Suzuki, and now Arai against Aoki. No shame in losing to Aoki though, who did have an stellar performance in the Dragon Fire Japan Tournament.
Bryson King(Blackrose) vs. Anthony Kalb This was my first time seeing King wrestle, but I still believed that he would win against Kalb. I was wrong, of course. It is easy to forget that Kalb is more than a pencil pusher. Just look at his match against Mutumbo at the last Lariats & Legislators event. But ... Kalb should think really, REALLY hard if he wants to step into the ring with Young Blood. That could end badly for him. Very, very badly.
Humberto Ortega with Sarita Jean Watkins vs. Super Komodo with Lila Gila A fun opener, with few moments to breath inbetween. I like that it works as a what if scenario, if Animal Farm would have stayed with Wacker Drive Revival. And, last but not least, we get to the most recent show. PEWA x Highway Outlaw Wrestling - Rose vs. Rose IIBonus Match: Downtown Lucy Brown vs Sylvain "Pay Day" Mint I wonder if Mint was happy about this one, after willingly giving up his spot to Annie Chang earlier in the night :P The match itself was a good way to end a fun show.
Main Event: Highway Outlaw Wrestling Ruler of the Road Bout Texas Rose(C) vs. Scarlett Rose(Wrestle Parade) with the rest of the Hounds of Abaddon The Hounds of Abaddon were certainly an intimidating sight at ringside, but Texas Rose wasn't impressed in the slightest, picking up a well earned victory. Now, I'm curious who will challenge her next. If I could choose one though, I would love to have Annie get another chance against Rose. Especially after her surprised ein tonight.
PEWA Extreme Tag Title #1 Contender Bout Wild Women(Mina Fitsharris and Juliette Erving) vs. PEWA's Most Hated(Jeffery Janson and "Party Animal" Jeremy Wylde) You've mentioned that some PEWA fans slowly open up to the Most Hated, and I've got to painfully admit that I am one of them. Their fighting style appear to get slightly more extreme (with weapons and spots galore). However (!), they've to get even more extreme have they want to have a chance against the Mutants. Juliette and Mina will get their chance, sooner or later.
The Return of Tomas Tomas the Tiny Giant with Victor Van Banning vs. Sir Vladimir Henry with Heidi Karnstein What a hoss fight. Vladimir Henry ... sorry, SIR Vladimir Henry, is an incredibly dangerous individual. Tomas though still gave him a run for his money, hitting him with everything but the kitchen sink. And while he did not succeed tonight, the Tiny Giant can be proud of his performance.
Elly Blackwood(Phoenix Rising) vs. X-KIRA Blackwood wants Young Blood, badly. And X-KIRA had to suffer for it. Blackwood took him down with a thunderous clothesline. Will Young Blood be next? Could she be the mysterious opponent Young Blood will face at the next Golden Touch show? Only time will tell.
The Railjumpers(Jumpin' Jim Malone and Jayne Payne) vs. The Ritual of the Flame(Beatriz and Zanca with the Cremator and Bath Salts Zombie) Good to see Malone back in action with Jayne. And thankfully, they did not lose to Zanca (annoying bastard). A good comeback match for Malone, and I'm curious what's next for the Railjumpers (by the way, awesome name for them!).
Bodybreaker Brown vs. Russian Deathmetal(Blackrose Wrestling) Man, between this and the Bonus match later in the night, tonight was a good night for Mr. and Mrs. Brown. Russian Deathmetal was my favourite in the match, but Browns toughness and experience was the deciding factor.
Highway Outlaws vs. PEWA Fat Burner, The Equalizer and the Cruisers(Cruiser Jacobs and Cruiser Conrad) vs. P-Dogg, Skurai, Tracy Finn and Annie Chang Well, I'll be damned! Annie wins! This is awesome! I'm genuinly happy about this, because I love Annie. Also, she pinned the Equalizer, who was undefeated until this point. Like I said earlier, I hope that this win will result in Annie getting another shot at Texas Rose. Finally, I'm up to date with my reviews! Can't wait to see more :)

Some great matches and surprising results on a show marred briefly by technical issues, all in all, a proper showing, though, for the Office's two roughest brands --- RESULTS PEWA x Highway Outlaw Wrestling - Rose vs. Rose II 8:00 on Friday, June 12 at the Beltway Hippodrome in Washington, DC Bonus Match Downtown Lucy Brown vs. Sylvain "Pay Day" Mint An amazing technical clinic from Sylvain Mint, who utterly dominated this matchup, outworking the former PEWA champ from bell to bell, showcasing his well refined skills as he made Downtown Brown look like a novice at times, eventually catching her with a counter rollup, almost making it look easy. Expect this win to place Mint in the conversation for a future title opportunity. Main Event: Highway Outlaw Wrestling Ruler of the Road Bout Texas Rose(C) vs. Scarlett Rose(Wrestle Parade) with the Hounds of Abbadon(Big Clay Hurst, Skidmark and Garrison "Death" Rowe)(Wrestle Parade) Scarlett Rose set out to better her previous showing against Texas Rose, and with her Hounds at ringside, did just that. She set the pace early on, hitting a vicious rope hanging DDT and seemed to be keeping pace when Texas Rose caught her with a flash pin into the ropes that seemed to aggravate an injury. From that point, Scarlett Rose shifted her game plan, managing impressively to carry on for several minutes afterwards, even getting a bit of her own offence back in before one more trapping crucifix pin would finish the match off in favor of the champion. PEWA Extreme Tag Title #1 Contender Bout Wild Women(Mina Fitsharris and Juliette Erving) vs. PEWA's Most Hated(Jeffery Janson and "Party Animal" Jeremy Wylde) A match marred by two unfortunate circumstances beyond the participants' control, first, having to follow Tomas-Henry, and second, having suffered from technical difficulties on the Senatorial Streaming Service. Even so, the Wild Women and the PEWA's Most Hated delivered, and then some. All four participants shone in this match, Fitsharris hitting a brutal Midnight Special out of the corner, Juliette going on an early groin claw rampage, and the Most Hated showing another level of teamwork. At one point Jeffery Janson inexplicably dove out of the ring onto nothing, perhaps only to distract as Jeremy Wylde hit a mind boggling dragonrana from the top rope to the outside on the other side of the ringside area. In the end, it would be Wylde once again, landing a shooting star press on Erving and gaining a shot at the Bingo Hall Mutants and their PEWA Extreme Tag titles. The Return of Tomas Tomas the Tiny Giant with Victor Van Banning vs. Sir Vladimir Henry with Heidi Karnstein A match that could well go down as one of the best PEWA matches of the last few years, with Tomas and Sir Vladimir entering into a slugfest of epic proportions. Both men held nothing back, blasting each other with impressively powerful slams and thunderous strikes, Tomas delivering a number of his beloved trademark light tube smashes, but it would be Sir Vladimir who would emerge victorious, stealing Tomas's own Ball Peen Hammer on the outside and landing a wickedly cruel Omen of Death lifting thumb spike to put the Tiny Giant down. Elly Blackwood(Phoenix Rising) vs. X-KIRA Evergreen's own Invincible Elly Blackwood lived up to her name once again, running the formidable X-KIRA down, ripping in with armbars before the five minute mark, surviving an impressive comeback run and finished him with a gigantic charging lariat out of the corner. While the PEWA Extreme champ was not in attendence, Blackwood's victory still sent a clear message. The Railjumpers Jumpin' Jim Malone and Jayne Payne vs. The Ritual of the Flame(Beatriz and Zanca with the Cremator and the Bath Salts Zombie) The return of Jim Malone to the Railjumpers could not have come at a better time, with Malone and Jayne Payne taking the fight to the Ritual of the Flame, keeping Zanca and Beatriz on their back heel, Payne even landing Beatriz's own Burn Cycle stormbreaker finisher on her before putting Zanca down with the Payne Train axe bomber. Bodybreaker Brown vs. Russian Deathmetal(Blackrose Wrestling) Blood and guts deathmatch style, the old school way, that's what the fans expected and received here, with Russian Deathmetal tearing into Bodybreaker Brown with scythes and other violent techniques. However, the wily veteran, Brown, was able to keep his head, and slowly turned the tide with his underrated technical skills, and hit two Snap Cracker Gory Special pancakes for the second upset win of the night. Highway Outlaws vs. PEWA Fat Burner, The Equalizer and the Cruisers(Cruiser Jacobs and Cruiser Conrad) vs. P-Dogg, Skurai, Tracy Finn and Annie Chang A typical brawl between the Highway Outlaws and the PEWA team, with Fat Burner standing out for his team, and Annie Chang amazingly earning the win with her lifting twist complete shot "And She Got the Upset!," a move never so aptly named as it was here, used on the fearsome Equalizer. --- Match of the Night: Tomas vs. Henry -As good as the tag contender match was, this was the clear cut best match of the evening, with Tomas returning with a vengeance and Sir Vladimir demonstrating his full capabilities. One of the best powerhouse slugfests you'll see this year. Performer of the Night: Texas Rose -A dominant defense of her title against a motivated opponent, and with the Hounds of Abbadon at ringside, too. Texas Rose has set a high standard for her title at this point, and it remains to be seen who could possibly overcome her for the Ruler of the Road. --- Tomas the Tiny Giant: tomas is not happy that i lost but the tiny giant is happy that the tiny giant is back in the action with the home of tomas and tomas is also very happy that the tubes of light were not hidden but found AND THEY WERE BROKEN LIKE TUBES OF LIGHT SHOULD BE AND LIKE PEOPLE SHOULD BE WHO FACE TOMAS! AND NOW TOMAS IS BACK TO BREAK THE PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE ALSO THE TUBES OF LIGHT! --- Sir Vladimir Henry: You have all witnessed a demonstration of my capabilities tonight. Be not mistaken, what you have seen was far from the apex of my true ability. Let that pass as a notice to all the novices and pretenders who wish to test their meager skills against the undisputed master of the occult. Heidi Karnstein: It was utterly delicious to see poor Victor, so angry, so helpless as you tore into the Tiny Giant. And soon, perhaps you will do the same with a true prize to claim as a result. Henry: I am, if nothing else, exceedingly patient. I need not take haste in executing my delicately plotted magnum opus. For now, let them fight amongst themselves. For there will come a night when the sky is darkened with the forces they cannot comprehend, when blood flows through the metropolis, when the cosmos are aligned in their inevitable, arcane pattern. And at that precise moment, I will lash out and I will take that which has been foretold, and there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth as all realize their fate has been sealed! Heidi: And I can hardly wait! Hahahah! --- "Party Animal" Jeremy Wylde: Now that's what it's all about, baby! They said we'd never come back! Jeffery Janson: That was wrong. Wylde: They said we were washed up! Janson: Also wrong. Wylde: And they said nobody would ever cheer for either of us! Janson: And yet, nobody can deny the reactions that we received. They wanted those two utterly unfashionable ladies to come away with the win, but they couldn't help it. They saw what we could do. And in spite of themselves, the people had to recognize our greatness. Wylde: Yeah, it was like, you know, one of those reflex things, like they didn't want to, but their unconscious... Janson: Subconscious... Wylde: Their whatever part of their mind said "those studs are awesome" and they cheered, even though they didn't want to! Janson: And now, we're going to get our rematch with those repulsive Bingo Hall Mutants, those two Neanderthals who kicked us out of the company, years ago, who beat us down when we came back, but there's a difference now. You see, this time around, we've ascended to another level as a team. All of our setbacks have only made us stronger, and when the pressure's on, we don't sweat, we just look even better. Wylde: In other words, we're like a rubber band you pulled back and now it's gonna snap you back in the face! Join the party or get left behind, bitches! --- Annie Chang: Hey, did you see that? I beat the Equalizer! The friggin' Equalizer! Now that's an upset! Juliette Erving: Annie, I know you're all excited and everything, but let me throw a little learnin' into your head. It ain't really a good idea to go bragging about your big win to two people who lost their big match, got it? Annie: Yeah, sorry. Mina Fitsharris: I remember when we lost our belts to the Mutants, it really didn't bother me that much. But this, this pisses me off. Bad. Annie: I'll take that as my cue to get outta here and hit the bars... Juliette: Yeah, you do that, Annie. So, Mina, that sucked, didn't it? Mina: Yeah. Juliette: You know, we did what we wanted to do as a team. We work our pretty asses off, we fix our problems, we get ranked, we travel around, we win the belts. Maybe...I dunno...maybe we've done all we're doin. Mina: ... Juliette: I mean, we had a good run, but losin' like that, against them, after we already lost those belts, maybe we go on our ways now, you got your shot at Young Blood, maybe I'm gonna go off and work for mine now. Team ain't working anymore. Annie's doin' her thing, CiCi does what she does, so we just call this a day for our Wild Women. Sometime, sometime's it's just time, you know? Mina: No. Juliette: Aw, now what? Now you don't wanna see me go? Mina: No. Juliette: Serious? Mina: Yeah. Dead serious. Since when are you a quitter? We lose twice. Just twice. And now you're talking about giving up? That's not the Juliette I know. Juliette: It's just, we... Mina: We're not done. Now, you want to take your shot at the top, I got your back. Annie's got your back too. CiCi, too. Hell, Kev thinks you're hilarious and the kids love you, you want to change things up, go ahead, but you're stuck with us, no matter how stubborn you are. Juliette: Thank you. We ain't done, then. Mina: Nope. Juliette: Really? Mina: Really. Pacing the room for a moment, Juliette took in several deep breaths, and suddenly whipped around. Juliette: Well, I'm gonna go put some work in, show the world Juliette two point oh. Badder, nastier, hotter. Then Young Blood better go hide his ass because I'm gonna kick it so hard that they gonna be picking up pieces in France and Luxembourg or whatever the hell that tiny country is out there! Then we get the band back together and whoever's holding those tag belts better duck and cover, cause the Wild Women gonna take them right back when the time's right! Mina: Sounds good to me. Juliette: Then we're back on top of the world, I'm gonna be a double champ, and who knows, maybe I got that Number One, too, and that means the Wild Women are the best that ever done this! We're going to let them all hear that, over and over again, and we're gonna celebrate like nobody's ever celebrated before, and then we're gonna get ourselves an expensive ass hotel room, and you're gonna wear one of those hot little lace nightie things and we're gonna go all night, oh, I can't wait... Mina: Um. Juliette: What? Mina: Yeah. Seriously, glad you're back to being yourself already. Now let's get outta here. Juliette: Don't you wanna make a little stop in the showers first? I'll get you real clean... Mina: Never change...improve yourself, but never change, Juliette. --- Sylvain "Pay Day" Mint: Step by step, day by day, that's how I'm living my life right now, and that's how I'm looking at my career. I retired a while back, and now I've returned. And after the match I just had, I think maybe, I can take another step forward. Truth be told, I didn't wrestle that well when I was in my supposed prime! Downtown Lucy Brown was just unfortunate enough to be in the ring when I entered into the "Pay Day Zone." But that makes me think, maybe I could do that again. So, Biff, after that, I think I earned another step up that proverbial ladder, don't you agree? I'm not taking anything for granted, and I'm not fooling myself. All I want now, is that you give me another pay day, put me up against another top contender. And we'll see after that where we all stand. --- Texas Rose: Scarlett, you're one bad broad. I had to be at my very, very best to get that win. I don't care what anyone says, one more mistake on my end, and that could have gone very differently. I have plenty of respect for you coming back for more, and for fighting like a wildcat in there. My head still aches from that DDT, and I don't know how you kept going after I wrenched your neck like that. Texas: So, next person up, I'm gonna call out another rematch. Annie Chang, you showed something out there tonight, you beat the gatekeeper, you put the Equalizer down. You gotta have brass balls just to want to go up against him, and to beat him...that always gets a shot at the Ruler, far as I'm concerned. So, Annie, you gave me a tough match the last time, pushed me really hard. I thrive on challenge, and you keep getting better, so let's see where you're at now!

The reviews were much appreciated! I enjoyed reading those almost as much as I did simming the shows, great stuff!

Salvador Sosa has challenged Young Blood for the Number One, and will receive his opportunity! TIPWF x Santana Family Wrestling: The Showdown8:00 PM on Friday, June 29th at the Beltway Hippodrome in Washington, DC Main Event: Senatorial Office #1 Ranking Bout Young Blood(C) vs. Salvador SosaDirectly after defeating both King Bemba and Jean-Pierre Mutombo, Young Blood looked nearly invincible to everyone in the wrestling community...other than in the eyes of Salvador Sosa. The Dominican Golden Champion issued his challenge, and being the undisputed next person in line, has received his match. While nobody can deny Young Blood's momentum, Sosa has been on a long term run of his own since defeating Colossus Rhodes for the Dominican Golden Championship, and his match at Lariats #10 against Gorilla Power will stand as one of the great demonstrations of fortitude in the history of the Office. Felix Santana Jr. and Felix Santana III vs. Itzcoatl Hernandez and ??? with El ExpertoRudo EX looks once again to strike a blow against the Santana family with the Aztec Executioner teaming with an unknown partner against the father and son team of Felix Santana Jr. and Felix III. A showing from Colossus Rhodes or the New Humanity cannot be entirely unlikely here, and either would make for a tough night for the Santanas. Prove It Bout Cowboy Johnston vs. Valentina VerdaA possible #1 contender match between the champ and a person considered to potentially be the top technician in the entire Office should yield some intriguing results. Looking for his next challenger, Cowboy Johnston will take on the top star of the Exotico World Order in Valentina Verda. Should Verda pull off the victory, the rematch will be for Johnston's TIPWF Lone Star Heavyweight title. If Cowboy wins, the rumors surrounding a future challenge against Warrior Pro's Red Masterson will only gain strength. While Johnston should be the outright favorite here, Verda's ability to steal a flash pin may only be rivaled by Ibrahim Rahman in the entire wrestling industry. Cogburn Ranch(Lil' Lariato, Generalissimo Kool Q and Duke Cogburn) vs. Neon Knights(Supernaut, Holy Diver and Hija de Holy Diver)A team of Lariato and his mentors will go up against the most decorated team in the existence of the Senatorial Office. The Neon Knights have underachieved as of late, but are once again looking to fight their way back into Trios title contention, and a win here would go a long way towards that goal. Blue Puma Jr.(AXE) vs. Luchador SorpresaThe unknown quantity has shown some confirmed quality as of late, and as such, will go up against one of Blackrose/AXE's top stars in Blue Puma Jr. Puma recently lost a close match against Thrasher Metallao on his own turf and will be seeking a rebound here against the perennial substitute. Calista Vargas(Phoenix Rising) vs. Rodeo AngelCalista Vargas has done nothing but impress as of late, with her multiple victories over Felice Santana and her strong form on Proving Ground. She will have a skilled opponent in this matchup with Rodeo Angel, in a match that could well end up as the best of the night. La Axolotl vs. Vice VersaTwo agile and skilled grapplers will face off here, with Vice Versa representing the EWO against the LSA team's Axolotl. Expect this one to mix intricate matwork with a refined blend of high flying action. Team Santana(Gorilla Power, El Froggy Mask, Moonman and Felice Santana) vs. Team Texas(Misterio Guerrero, Jimmy Jack Walker, Gunny Lee Hart and Lutadora Festiva)The show will open up with a stacked eight person showcase match, putting an all star team from SFW against four colorful performers from the TIPWF. Former title challenger, Gorilla Power and current #1 contender for the Dominican Golden Championship, El Froggy will team with the ever-popular Moonman and the ultra agile Felice Santana as they go up against the Mystery Warriors of Redneck-Fu, Misterio Guerrero and Jimmy Jack Walker, who will team with the merciless drill sergeant, Gunny Lee Hart and the festive fighter, Lutadora Festiva.
