Hey guys, Wanted to consult you before I go and submit this on the Steam forums. From time to time I see edits miss running dives. Was this discussed already? Is this a known bug? See the screenshot below. Hayabusa is dazed on the outside and Will Ospreay is trying to hit him but misses badly. The game even tried to 'stretch' the animation a little bit to get Will closer to Hayabusa (sort of like the animation you see on the Muta Moonsault... where it almost seems unnatural to go such a long distance). To be honest, I don't mind seeing this 'bug' from time to time. Ospreay missing and crashing on the floor looked absolutely brutal. However, a few minutes later, Jericho went for a dive of his own. But this time, the opponent stood nowhere near the center but near the turnbuckle. That looked ridiculous and didn't make sense. Unfortunately I didn't catch a screenshot (I wasn't even expecting a move considering the situation). Let me know what you think. BTW, my game is modded but I only modded recently and I'm sure I've seen this happen before applying mods.

They definitely happen from time to time. We used to get a lot of funny spots with them in FPR.
I haven't noticed them occurring more frequently than before but perhaps a recent update has caused that?
The "stretched animation" doesn't always even occur during a huge miss either. It makes me think the stretched animation may belong to certain specific moves and not others, like you mentioned with the Muta moonsault.
I would say that if people start noticing them a lot more, it may be a good idea to tell Spike. But it happens so infrequently that it may be best to leave it alone and chalk it up to an amusing botch.
Otherwise if they try to fix it, they may break something else LOL.

I've seen it happen a few times, and while it miiiight be a glitch, it's one that I'd rather not seen fixed because it's too funny on the rare occasion that it happens, lol.

If anything Id want to see it expanded and have crits happen. I would die to see my guy dive to the outside, self crit, and get counted out as the crowd boos/laughs at him...

I swear to the Fire Pro Gods, if you ruin this for the rest of us you may as well not exist to me anymore. Don't do it. Don't. Under any circumstances. Also, that shit happens in Battle Royals pretty often. It has to do with target-swapping.

I think I've seen that whiff before but I still marvel at how far the jump is! It looks like an attempt to jump to that other ring in the background which is almost certainly a portal to another dimension 😁

Okay, I'm like crying laughing at these missed dives.
That would be an amazing wrestling character: someone so blind or with such poor awareness that they just launch their bodies for no reason into the abyss.
