One option is using the combo clincher of strike exchange to trigger a priority attack. If Hulk wins, he’ll do his Coup de Grace taunt, delivery the clincher blow, then you can have him do a bunch of running attacks, finishing with the leg drop.
You can also use Deadly Finisher from the Modsuite’s Extended Skills to ensure NO ONE beyond a god gets up from the leg drop (Deadly Finisher does 5x damage, and unlike the games Finisher skill, usually ends the match immediately.

I feel like Cascading Finisher with a good signature spread (i.e. signature taunts and strikes) and good logic would lead to a more devastating Leg Drop. Especially if you put a few signature flags on his punches; WWF Hogan would probably be strike and taunt signatures with maybe the body slam thrown in.

The biggest problem with Hogan, logistically, is people popping up after taking the legdrop. It doesn't matter if you set it to do 8 billion damage if they still pop right up after. Running down moves are the worst for this. I've actually specifically set guys up with the thought process that the opponent is going to pop up from a running down move.

The running leg drop is a BIG move, which causes a wrestler to get up faster. I have a wrestler who I wanted to end with a fist drop, but had to change it to a Medium damage non-running move.
