Guys, is there a way to see the stats of referees I download from the workshop? Also, is there a way to make local copies? My game is modded, in case it has to be done through a mod. Thanks! If you go into uninstall of the workshop you may get the ref settings but the only way to use a created ref is to edit a ref you've made and then save it in another slot. That's as much as I've figured out

Where are everyone getting the "custom moves" and how do i enable it or get it? i have the mod pack installed already. Head over to the same site you got the midpack from. I'm on mobile... Will drop you a link if u need it later. May need a link, kinda new to the modding scene. The discord server doesn't seem to be very helpful in answering my questions when i ask.

Do I need a ref to specialize for hardcore and/or death matches? Any settings that help make those matches go well?

I don't have a lot of experience with death matches in FPW but a few ideas I think can work.
I think you want a slow count for DQ and for count-out to allow more weapon and outside action.
A ref that takes a little while to get up after injury helps sell how dangerous the matches are.

Do taunts have a functional use? Like do they build spirit up?

Do taunts have a functional use? Like do they build spirit up? Yes. But more important, they are good to space your match out, and show off personality. There are skills that give a boost if you do a finish after a taunt. So you can have 1) Setup 2) Taunt 3) Ground Move to get a nice bonus. This works GREAT for Hogan, Rock, or John Cena.

This is correct. Additionally, however - I wouldn't bother with the Damage boost from Stardom/Superstar/Spirit for Submissions because the payoff sucks. That's how weak Submissions are. Submission finishes are best used by Spirit Nuke edits because a Spirit drained opponent is easy pickings for a Submission victory; I find non-Spirit Nuke edits to be a little more interesting though. Those skills are especially strong for big finishing moves like Strong Grapples or Dives. I've had edits do at least 1/3 of an HP bar's worth of Damage with a single dive with Superstar. Himiko Irota's ICBM (Super Flying Headbutt) does this and she's only running One-Hit Finish. However, an edit with those skills that taunts often will be an absolute nightmare to put down because if left to taunt, they'll regenerate Spirit like nobody's business. I've got edits with Superstar who taunt often and easily match my Reborn edits in terms of longevity. Reborn ultimately wins out because it's a "boss fight" or "tank" buff; But if you're looking for a skill that will keep an edit alive for a while, it's one of those three skills paired with frequent taunt use (especially if said taunt is a Signature Move). Outside of that, Taunts make good character tools for an edit. A good set of taunts can make or break an edit's gimmick. If some of my edits didn't use those taunts, they'd be dull and forgettable. A lot of my notable edits are (more) memorable than others because of the taunts used. Didi Taylor and Himiko Irota are two of my newest edits and people have less experience with them, but they "got over" almost instantly through the selective use of taunts. The Dance Loops, Cartwheel Loops, Cross Chop Loops, and recently - The Headbanging Taunt, are all quite popular among the OC edit crowd. Want your Babyface to really shine? Give them the Clapping Taunt, or the Hogan Ear Cusping Taunt. Want your Heel edit to be real dirtbag? Use a groin attack or smarmy move (such as the new Foot Wash from Grounded position) followed by the Pointing At Head Taunt, Single/Double Middle Finger Taunt, or the Laugh Taunt. Do you want your Heel to freak out after a pin attempt? Give them the Stomping Taunt. The Lesnar Skipping and Argentine Appeal Taunts can also serve as someone "charging up" to run across the ring to perform an Outside Dive. Also: Don't be afraid to also use all of your voice slots because those also can make or break a character. Doinkette uses the "What?" and Laughing voices liberally and it helps sell the character. Doinkette is *easily* one of my most recognizable characters.

Do taunts have a functional use? Like do they build spirit up? They don't build spirit unless they're flagged as Signatures or Finishers. Otherwise, they serve as triggers for certain skills and increase opponent Down Time under certain conditions.

Question: Anything that can be done in Logic to increase the odds a wrestler will throw another wrestler into the cage during cage matches?

Question: Anything that can be done in Logic to increase the odds a wrestler will throw another wrestler into the cage during cage matches? It's the same logic (Irish Whip) that controls throwing edits out of the ring.

So if I make a Promoter save, when I edit the wrestlers in the Promoter save, the changes apply to the edits within Promoter and don't break the save? Is this different for downloaded workshop versus local edits?

May want to ask this in the promoter section, but I believe and edits you make in promoter are contained to promoter, and do not effect your general fire pro save.

Hey everyone! I've been out of the game for a while due to some bugs, but now that they're resolved, I wanted to ask a few questions regarding wrestler collections. For PC, what packs do you guys recommend for accurate current New Japan wrestlers? And is Desertpunk's Puroresu Kingdom my best bet for Dragon Gate?
