Cool spot off a running corner splash! The funniest part of this to me is that poor Jean DuBreil had been CRITICALLED! in the previous round of this same league. Also, this is the second "Okite CRITICAL!" that Tsaoring has pulled off recently.

Well this was one of the most interesting endings to a match I've seen in a while with a bizarre finish! Part 1 goes directly into Part 2. Part 1: The cool part. Part 2: The weird part. I guess Pot Belly felt bad and stayed with Saji to make sure he was okay? People say he's got a bad heart due to high cholesterol but it looks like it's made of gold!

Man I had something really similar happen last night - got CRITICALed off an apron german suplex and the cpu just stood there until it ended in double countout. Double weird

A CRITICAL! of an apron german suplex sounds sweet! 😁
And wow, you had the same thing happen? I wonder if we've found a glitch caused by one of the recent updates. I haven't seen a ton of outside CRITICALS! over the past year or so but I've seen enough to know that what happened with our specific spots the last few days is a pretty new occurrence.

If you use mods, this has been fixed. The author made sure the attacker returns to the ring after he crits his opponent outside the ring. But yeah, it's still a vanilla issue.

With RNG always wreaking havoc, I thought the spike in CRITICAL! lately was just happenstance. I run my fed very much like old school late 80's/early 90's syndicated TV. So basically it is 4 squash matches and one main event between mid-card/upper mid-card guys. Tuesday night 3 of my 4 squash matches ended with a CRITICAL! I'm not sure if it came from an update, luck, wacky RNG, or the fact that all 3 of those guys are killing machines with special CRITICAL! skills (two suplex, one power).
It definitely made for an interesting show.

I was doing a test sim between Wanderlei Silva and Rampage Jackson in the Pride FC ring, and Wanderlei punched Rampage over the ropes. KOed him with some knees to the body after he got back in, and I was astounded how close that was to what happened in one of their actual fights.

This not being 100% is the bullshittiest bullshit I've ever seen this game pull. An instant classic right there fuck you game.

Wow that looked hot as shit!! 🔥🔥
How did 36 minutes leading to a finisher not get a 100%? I don't get the game's ratings so far. I had one of the best singles matches I've seen all year last night and it ended up at like 84% 🤷♂️

I'm assuming in my case the game deducted points for the foreign object spots. It doesn't seem to like those in non-deathmatches. Still dumb.

The reviewer in FPW only rewards 100% ratings when matches use spots referencing in-jokes from OG-Joshifan.net forums 😁 "+5% for the ubble ring." "-10% because Saji didn't wear the same color armband he wore in that house show in Cleveland when he accidentally spit on a fan during a post-match promo."

I'm not sure how it actually works but I don't think the game deducts points for anything, just adds them. Which is why longer matches generally have better ratings. I also had long-ass matches get non 100% ratings. It's weird, but not unheard of. Your guy just might have done a lot of stuff that doesn't get a lot of points.
Still a 36 minute match is an instant classic in most places. Unless it was 36 minutes of stare down followed by a fingerpoke of doom or something.

The best part about the moonsault elbow drop is that so much can happen with it. It can go through flawlessly, the recipient can also be moved away by a third person which means whoever does the move enthusiastically elbow drops the mat. Sometimes, though, something like this happens, and we get to see the moonsault elbow while someone dance on the corpse of the victim.
