I could think of a few people that could use that specific container size...

No...that's...unnatural...no me gusta... I agree. It makes me a little queasy. I think I'm gonna go vomit now.

I first learned of the Great Gama while researching the steel mace. He used the Indian version called a gada as part of his workout routine. I was impressed with how dedicated he was with his fitness, 5,000 hindu squats and 3,000 hindu push ups, every day. I also came across a video of Karl Gotch swinging a mace.

Yep, I saw that same footage of Gotch with the mace bell. There is also footage of Josh Barnett with one. Gotch didn't believe in weightlifting, and he got his conditioning regime from a pehlwani during a stay in London. Gama was the greatest of them, he was supposedly unbeaten in 5,000 matches. I think Gama also did a lot of isometric work. While Matt Furey is a goof and didn't have the relationship with Gotch he claimed as part of his pitch for Combat Conditioning, I will give the goof credit for reminding people of the value of bodyweight calisthenics. I was at my best when I was doing them daily. I need to get back into it.
