Thought I'd have a go at the Bulldog's Running Powerslam, simple you'd think
Nope, I wanted to get rid of that initial turnaround on the Oklahoma Stampede & stick a body press on the end of it. On the pickup onto the shoulder the lifter's arm faces the camera. Trying to find another pick up with the same set up & they all lift with the arm facing away from the camera. I was thinking of replacing the set up from another move, leave in the frames for a Running Powerslam then add a pin
I tinkered with the Shoulder Buster for a bit & gave up, because the setup look good, it's just the wrong way round. That's the sort of stuff I'm struggling with & is giving me dead ends
Also noticed, that changing the Attacker & Defender to H in the frames messes up the alignment of the two, I really don't know why but it makes things right awkward

Anyone seen a Lotus Lock on the Workshop? - I looked for that specifically and didn't get any hits back - Or perhaps it's listed as something else or a Japanese creator made one and uploaded it? I don't know Japanese. I know Kaitlyn (WWE) and Natsu Sumire have used it before. I figured I'd ask before attempting to make it myself.

We really need that Move Craft tips and tricks thread.
In either case I found that the No Rope Animation of the Running Dangerous Kick is a spicy alternative to the back switch.

Have we figured out what happens if/when a move deleted from the workshop?

Geese are you on PC or PS4? Those moves look awesome! Very glad that you like the moves! π I haven't uploaded any of the moves yet. There are a lot of things I still need to do to refine each one. For example, I haven't gone into the "offset" values for the different wrestler sizes. There are some other odds and ends for each move I want to smooth out to make sure that the finished product is workable. Once I start uploading, I'll make a thread on this forum linking everything π Man, I had a moonsault press into a pin working fine, made a tweek to a hand & messed it up Ugh that keeps happening to me too. I'll be 90% done with a move and will try to tweak it a little and then it will all fall apart. Half the time it's cause I accidentally mouse clicked a value to change it without realizing. I hope that you got the moonsault press working again. We really need that Move Craft tips and tricks thread. I was thinking the same thing this week. The Spike guide is super helpful but I'd love to see a thread of various specific tips and general advice for the mode (like "don't fully trust the move previews") that the guide doesn't cover. In either case I found that the No Rope Animation of the Running Dangerous Kick is a spicy alternative to the back switch. That's a very interesting idea! π‘ Have we figured out what happens if/when a move deleted from the workshop? Also was thinking this a few days ago. Would the move slot go to a default move for our edits?

Do you know what I would like to see more of? Pin animations, there arenβt many to be found on the PS4 community page. Stuff like hooking the outside, and inside leg that you can activate from the head, and not have to walk around to the legs awkwardly for late stage dramatics. I want to see something like the way Jun Akiyama pins guys after Exploders. Just a suggestion as an idea man. I'll whip some up on Friday!

Geese did you make that insane ninja elbow drop? It has teleportation and everything

Okay, I'm losing my mind. Setting a loop with LP is how you set a submission, right?
My Pity City submits, but my Million Dollar Dream doesn't. I've pasted the exact data from the Cobra Clutch, and the ref still won't come over. Submission is set to on under Status. I'm lost.

The non-MMA mounted elbow to face up opponents has been one of my favorite moves for years. Unfortunately the FPR and FPW versions don't allow it to submit opponents or draw blood. So I changed that tonight but mostly left the animation untouched. I just changed the timing a little. Old version: I also made a second version that is more powerful. New version: And then I overdid it and made a third version π³

I do actually have an idea for another type of ninja elbow drop for the future though! π±βπ€ Okay, I'm losing my mind. Setting a loop with LP is how you set a submission, right? Is "Submissions" turned on in the status menu? Make sure there aren't any other weird tags in there that are somehow interfering too.

I haven't even had time to get to the tutorial videos yet and I can't even keep up with downloading the moves on steam every day. I definitely want to try making a more brutal looking shining axe kick for my Tsujigiri and also see if I can wring anything out of a test of strength lockup animation. There is a submission move I have also seen only once, briefly in a DDT music video I don't think I have ever seen anywhere else I may try my hand at. Also I want to make some of the sequence exchanges seen in the AJPW: King's Soul ending credits video.

I'm baffled...
