Does anyone have some tips on making walking and running seem more smoother? I'm trying to make Shattered Dreams and it just seems off to me. Thanks. I'd very much like to know this too. I've seen some downloaded moves have wrestlers running smoothly, like when you're in control of them, and others have the low animation framerate running that looks bad.

Maybe copy the running frames from a move that has them, like the Bronco Buster? The Shattered Dreams is in my to do list as well.

Finally I had a mess around with it today as it was released in Europe this afternoon.
I cant make head nor tail of it to be honest. I'll need at least 2 hours of how to do videos and a shit ton of caffeine just to make a bog standard bodyslam.
I take my hat off to those people who have made some quite frankly great stuff using this move maker dlc.

I've been tinkering...taking baby steps...but man I have to say those GIFs with the Head-scissor counter and arm twist into a hammerlock made me mark out!
Anyway...so I worked on an Iron Palm...took a Shoutei and aimed for the chest. I'm pleased with it.
I also make a Buddha Palm Rush...took a page from Miguel Francisca...the defender goes flying :)
I also made a Superman Kick...once again, the defender goes flying. That's specifically made for my Steel 78 Character.
I'm most proud of my Force Choke. The best part is when the defender is down and is bouncing on the mat while being choked :D
My Gruesome Fighting Journal is going to get less and less realistic. I already have a Fighting Bear, a demigod from Greek Mythology, guys based on DC comics and Star Trek characters...so I figure why not add some over the top animations.
I also made a sickle strike for my ninja character on Saturday...no one got decapitated though :P
I think I'll do some short videos Saturday to show off the moves. I need to make a Sith for my Force Choke though.

ninja gaiden is one of my fondest childhood memories. long live bloody malth! I really want to make in Fire Pro something like the awesome cut scene at the start of Ninja Gaiden when the two ninja jump at each other and you see the other fall to their knees once they both hit the ground. I think it's possible. I could also do a rushing forward version in addition to a jumping one. how about a C2C in which the ninja teleports behind his opponent and then uses the sickle to cut him! Definitely going to do that too!!!! I actually almost had it happen since some of the animation frames were deleted without me realizing so he momentarily disappeared during the run! 😁 I could easily have him just do that for more frames and then appear behind his opponent. Does the defending edit have to get to his feet on C2C move? Yeah but the good news is that you can just copy the frames over from default moves. What I do is try to use 1-2 frames of putting the defending edit in a visual position that allows the offensive move to more logically "connect." But it doesn't take very long. The hardest part by far is the collision detection in the "action" frame library and matching that up with the two libraries that follow that one. Setting the collision detection box and the proper distance each edit should be at can be difficult and annoyingly time consuming. But once you do a few moves in C2C, it gets a lot easier. I go into the default moves that have running/movement that looks like it makes sense for the move I'm making. I also make sure that the actual positioning of the body (especially legs) makes sense in each frame during the walk/run leading up to the visual of the body starting the move. Like if you are doing a punch where the edit leads with his left leg, you want to make sure that the last walking/running frames (that precede the punch) has a frame with the left leg leading. Like you're ending the run on the frame that looks most visually similar to the move you are starting. The default C2C moves have animation libraries for a few different kinds of running. You can also find some useful front grapple moves that simulate walking or running.

Just got the Move Creator update yesterday, I love it. Had a go for about an hour before bed and made a pretty sweet double power bomb into a spinning jump bomb (type thing).
Just wondering how you publish a move if made on the PS4?, I didn't notice the option.
Also, is there a way to say; copy the running legs of one animation and add it to the upper half of another animation?
I've got to say that this game is now just incredible, like others have said it's quite the legacy. Amazing how such a relatively small company can give so much to their consumers, big companies please take note.

It took me a little bit to get myself oriented, but once I did, I managed to blop out a bunch of Taunt variations (basically, taking a simple taunt and changing what type of Hand gesture is being used), and even did a little cutting-and-pasting on some other taunts (like some DX variations and a simple Entrance version of Brock Lesnar's Shuffle that splices in a Guts Pose at the end). Gonna upload those on like Saturday or something. :)
Gonna continue my adventures in Hand Manipulation so that a bunch more taunts have different hand versions, then I might venture into some Front and Back Grapple futzing around with.
(Btw, has anybody done the People's Elbow Setup and or the Atomic Leg Drop Setup on Ground-Head-FaceUp yet?)

l was working on a modified C2C running osotogari variation that lands in more of a head drop. And then it occurred to me: Why not combine a C2C slam with a submission? It's so brutal that I had to summon heel era Orochi Geese to show it off.
